Comfy and convenient

Cute, homey place to stay. Easy to get to Fort Collins to visit my son at CSU. Loveland is also adorable and fun to visit with good restaurants and nice stores.

The ultimate cozy nest

Everything about Sweetheart City Inn is thoughtfully curated with the guests experience in mind. The efficiency kitchen is meticulously appointed with everything you could need. There are even multiple Options for how to brew your morning cup of coffee! As someone that travels with my French press and grinder, I was impressed! The grounds are well tended and lovely. It is a super easy location to get around from. Cory and Annette are gracious hosts. I highly encourage anyone looking to make Loveland their base camp for a mountain exploring stay to consider Sweetheart Coty Inn. I will be booking it for future trips. Thanks Cory & Annette! very nice place overall

check-in, ease of use, private entrance and parking all wonderful. Beautiful garden area! apt was a little stuffy and ability to lower the thermostat would be a plus. I'm sure most folks dont arrive around midnight like I did but it was a little hard to find the correct place since you cant really see house numbers at night and I certainly didn't want to drive in behind the wrong house at that time of night! We loved our stay. Cory and Annette were wonderful hosts telling us all about the area and making sure we were comfortable. Even though it felt like we were in a small town neighborhood every type of store or restaurant were within minutes.

Fall Colorado Stay

Host were very attentive and welcoming. Location was perfect to venture out anywhere along the front range, and even west of Boulder. Very nice to have a parking spot on the property. Will be a repeat visitor sometime in the future.

Sweetheart city inn

This is a good place to stay for 1-2 people. The host stays upstairs, but if you are out and about all day you don’t really need to interact. They are always available by phone if needed. The small kitchenette does the job for meals. The bed and couch are very soft, so not really any back support there. Besides that everything was nice.

Just like home

Annette and Cory are wonderful hosts. They really thought of everything one could possibly need when they're away from home. Conspicuously missing....clocks! What a nice change. All the little 'extras' were very much appreciated. Their vision of a VRBO shows how thoughtful a couple they are. I would recommend their home to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel.

A MUST if you’re planning on visiting the NOCO area.

Sweetheart City Inn lives up to its name with being a beautiful little place to stay. The hosts are very hands on and are willing to help with almost anything you ask. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a rental and helped my partner and I solidify our plans on moving to Colorado. Just around the corner from lake Loveland, this place has breathtaking views and is a must for anyone wanting a taste of life in Northern Colorado. If I could I’d give the hosts a 12 star review for how amazing and easy they made our stay.

Perfect in every way!

The apartment is perfect for a couple or even a young family. Lovely and quiet location with covered parking. It is spotlessly clean, stylish and equipped with everything you’ll ever need, from coffee and snacks in the well appointed kitchen to ample bedding and even music in the luxurious shower! Location is also spot on with the many local attractions and shopping, Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and the RMNP a short drive away. Cory and Annette are delightful hosts: super friendly, helpful, considerate and communicative. I thoroughly enjoyed my 10 day stay and wholeheartedly recommend the Sweetheart City Inn. I would give it 10 stars if I could!

The perfect vacation experience

Corey and Annette were SUCH wonderful hosts, they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. The property has just about everything you would need from home and if it doesn’t the hosts were more than accommodating. We even had a headlight burn out and Corey tried to help us fix it! I seriously cannot say enough good things about the hosts and the property.

We are world and domestic travelers and enjoy learning other cultures. We enjoy spending time with our adult children and our granddaughters . We spend our time hiking, traveling, gardening, attending music venues and festivals.

Why they chose this property

We are in a great neighborhood within walking distance to Lake Loveland and Benson Sculpture Gardens, centrally located in Northern Colorado and have easy access to Hwy 34 that heads into Estes Park and Rocky Mt National Park. We are a 2 mile drive to Downtown Loveland, where there are several restaurants, breweries, movie theatre, boutiques, recreation center and art galleries. We are also a short drive to Fort Collins, CSU, Budweiser Event Center/The Ranch, Boulder, Greeley and Longmont. When we travel, we have things that are important to us.... safety, cleanliness and amenities, that is why we became hosts, so we could offer those things to our fellow travelers/guests.
