About this property

Charming apartment 100 m from the beach with garden in res. with a pool

Ideally located in a quiet residence with swimming pool, 100 m from the beach, 5 minutes walk from shops (supermarket open until 20:00), market (open every day in season), cultural space, center of the village, a bike rental to visit the island ... if you wish, you can not use your car for the duration of your stay.
The very bright apartment has just been redone with a refined decoration with charm.
You can dine on the terrace of the garden surrounded by its stone wall, from where you will see the pool. A direct path will take you on foot to the beach (in photos attached).
The kitchen is equipped with a multifunction oven, a dishwasher, two hotplates ...
The living room, facing the French window overlooking the terrace overlooking the pool, is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed offering you an extra bed for two people.
In the bedroom, bright too, a bed with a VERY GOOD MATTRESS and bed base (140 cm) will contribute to the comfort of your sleep. The duvets are at your disposal (remember to bring your duvet covers). You will also have a large closet / wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (with a nice spray jet ;-)) and a vanity unit.
A private parking space will be at your disposal, as well as a bicycle storage.

Agréable séjour à La Couarde sur Mer

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l'appartement de Nathalie. Le logement est très bien situé à proximité de la plage du Peu des Hommes (200 mètres à pied) et du centre du village. Il est meublé avec goût et très fonctionnel . Nathalie est une hôte très sympathique qui prend soin de ses locataires en leur donnant de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu.

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre et des commerces, parking assuré. Mais la terrasse est très bruyante car elle jouxte la piscine. Le canapé est inconfortable. Le parking à vélo est inaccessible car trop petit et inondable. Suite à un problème de chauffe-eau, nous avons été privés d'eau chaude pendant 4 jours (la moitié du séjour). Le dédommagement de 55€ ne nous a pas paru refléter le désagrément subi. Appartement correct pour 2 personnes mais petit pour 4.

Ma famille et moi avons passés quelques jours dans l’appartement de Nathalie et nous avons été conquis! L’emplacement est super, la résidence est calme et l’appartement apporte tout le confort nécessaire. Super séjour malgré le temps maussade. Très bon emplacement pour départs de balades en vélo ou sur la plage. Le cinéma voisin de la résidence a été apprécié compte tenu du temps pluvieux.

Short stay in Ile de re

Small 1 bed apt with pool. Close to restaurants, beach and village. Nathaniel is nice owner and attended to us well. However Check in is not easy as she wanted a contract signed a few days before and a deposit fee paid separately which was to be returned after cleaning the apt. We left the apt spotless, however the deposit of €45 has not been returned. Would not return.

Mon fils de 9 ans et moi même avons passé une semaine absolument parfaite dans cet appartement. Rien ne manque. La décoration est soignée, on ressent le plaisir qu'a pris Nathalie dans les moindres détails. Le gros plus de l'appartement, outre l'emplacement rêvé, c'est ce petit jardinet ou il est si agréable de se poser. Tout s'est fait à distance avec un petit coffre pour les clés (zéro stress pour l'heure d'arrivée !). , Nathalie nous a gentiment proposé d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Elle nous a communiqué de nombreuses informations et bonnes adresses. Mon fils a apprécié la plage à quelques mètres et le phénomène des marées, mais aussi la piscine et j'étais soulagée d'avoir un emplacement inclus pour mon véhicule, qui n'a quasiment pas bougé de la semaine ! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain

Logement au top, très propre, bien décoré, juste à côté du marché, des pistes cyclables, des commerces (pharmacie, médecin, location vélo, boulangerie, carrefour city…), et de la plage! Nathalie est facilement joignable et s’assure que ses vacanciers soient bien installés. Merci encore!
