The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable living area, a bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, washer and dryer. The second floor has a room with a queen size bed, a room with two twin beds and its own balcony; and a shareable bathroom . Also, the master room is located in the second floor, which has a king size bed, a bathroom, large closet and a balcony. Enjoy the community's pool under a shaded area along with a children's playground. This condo accommodates 8 guests. Within miles from the most popular attractions in the area, like Xcaret, Xenotes, Chichen Itza and many more. Centered between Cancun and Playa del Carmen.

Great rental

We had a great stay. After some initial confusion at the gate was cleared up by a quick phone call with the owner our 1 week stay went perfectly. The location was great. The community is clean the house was well cared for the amenities were nice. Would absolutely stay here again

Puerto Morales Home

Large and spacious. Room for 9. Condo had all the amenities of a home. Only downfall, we could not use balconies as they were locked. We would recommend this property and consider staying again.

Fun in Puerto Morelos

We stayed for three nights. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Close to stores. The batteries in the AC remotes were missing and/or run down but were quickly replaced by maintenance. Nice community pool. It was exactly as described. Secure and safe. Our only problem was finding the location.

Nice and spacious apartment in secured area

In general a very nice and spacious apartment in a gated and secure area. Air condition in all parts of the apartment, so indoor environment is excellent. The small garden is in shadow all day, so you can sit outside without getting "overheated". The warm water is provided by "direct heating" which sometimes was a challenge in the showers when searching for the perfect water temperature. The only really negative about the apartment was that the internet connection was sometimes non-existent or extremely poor, which was frustrating. It is recommended to have at least 1 backup for internet connection, from the regular supplier of internet services (which can be costly) OR buy a local Mexican SIM-card for it.
