This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! The kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining area has seating for 4, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 50" 4K HD TV in the living room for your entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, and a queen in the guest bedroom, and both offer 50" televisions as well. "Sea-Esta" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Deer Lake State park has a $3 per day access fee.

The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside, and a fitness center. The Hub offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. Fabulous!

House was in a great location on 30A, across the street from The Hub. It was beautifully appointed and everything we needed was provided. Our teen granddaughters had a fun stay utilizing the pool, the bikes, and the golf cart. The owner, James, was very responsive to our questions both during and prior to our stay. The only caution I could provide is if you are traveling with children, access to the beach is an adventure as there is no parking the golf cart close to the public beach access. For us it was not an issue as we like to ride bikes and made trips with beach supplies on the golf cart, unloaded, then road the bikes back!

A beautiful property close to the best beach in the neighborhood!

My husband and I usually go to Maui but decided to give Florida beaches a shot. We were not disappointed in any part of our trip! James responded quickly to anything we needed throughout our trip. This condo is absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it!

Overall Great Time!

We appreciated the host being very responsive upon arrival. The condo was fantastic! It was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The master bathroom had a large walk-in shower with plenty of counter space. The golf cart came in very handy. Overall a great time.

Week at prominence / 30a

One of the nicest Vrbo rentals we’ve stayed at, owner was very responsive and provided lots of suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed the bicycles and took several long rides along 30a. State park is just half a mile away, and prominence offers dining and shops across the street. It was our first time to 30a and would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Loved our location. Clean & well stocked condo. About 40 yards to from the pool + golf cart was very handy for travel to the beach, which is about 2 miles in either direction. There is a park beach available half a mile away for $3 cart fee but it’s a bit of a walk over the sand dunes, which isn’t as convenient with kids. However, we went to both Sunnyside and Seagrove beaches and it was great. This was our 6th trip to 30A and definitely one of our favorite spots being right across the street from the Big Chill. Very accommodating hosts, thank you. Highly recommend!

PERFECT

The unit was just as advertised, beautifully appointed right across from a spacious pool. The decor and furnishings were up to date and the place was super clean when we arrived. The development is centrally located within minutes to all the best 30A has to offer. Randell is a great host. He reached out to check on us, a day into the trip. We loved being able to pack up and get to the beach in the golf cart. Having beach supplies such as tents, chairs, and a cooler was just the finishing touch to make us stay again. The property was just as it's described online. The host was extremly responsive and helped us with several recommendations during our stay. Great vacation

We had a wonderful time with our stay. The proximity to the pool was wonderful for our family. The community is fun and family too. The property managers were helpful and even texted a calendar of events at the Big chill for the week. We would definitely stay again.

Fabulous stay at Sea-esta!

The condo was spotless and well appointed. Even with a lot of families staying in the area, it was very quiet in our unit. The pool was fun and we appreciated having the golf cart for beach access. Having the Hub across the street was a bonus for a quick lunch, shopping and some entertainment after dinner. Very pleased with our stay!

Lovely place on 30A

This was a perfectly stocked, conveniently located and a very clean VRBO! We enjoyed the pool, local beaches and night life at The Big Chill. Randell was very quick to respond to any questions we had. His hospitality was top notch! We appreciated the little things too, extra dish soap, laundry soap and toilet paper. Would highly recommend!!

Coastal Bliss

Our family had a relaxing stay! The condo was beautifully decorated and just as pictured. The golf cart makes it easy to get around and much easier to park at restaurants/shops. The cart needs a little attention due to not holding charge very long. The kitchen is more than stocked with everything you need. The pool area is directly across the street which was a plus. Thanks for a wonderful trip to 30A!
