Note: For each stay , a one time registration fee of $100.00 should be paid to the office upon arrival to receive a "Registration Packet" which includes wrist bands and parking passes. ( This fee is per stay , per unit not per person. Just one time $100 fee for each stay )

This magnificent fifth floor, gulf front condominium has two bedrooms and a bunk room with two and a half bath overlooking the emerald waters of Gulf of Mexico, and elegantly furnished.
The living room has a sofa bed and adequate sitting furniture, entertainment center with HD flat screen TV with DVD Player and dining area with dining table, chairs and barstools next to kitchen granite counter top.

The master bedroom has a king size bed , 26' HD flat screen TV with DVD player.
The first guest bedroom has queen size bed , 26' HD flat screen TV with DVD player.

The bunk room has a bunk bed that includes two twin size bed and a television with DVD Player. The TV in the bunk room is not connected to the cable. ( The bunk room has its own door and window. It is actually a closed room for privacy )

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The 5th floor location was great for taking the stairs. I enjoyed text from the owner upon check in so that we knew communication was easily possible. Would gladly stay here again.

Awesome!!!

The property was very nice and clean. The pool was our favorite with plenty of room to play and soak up the sun. Nice view and the hostess, Pari was so helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. She even checked on us to be sure everything was going ok! This was an all around great experience. Highly recommend this property and hostess.

Great Vacation

We picked this condo because we were traveling with adults, teens and a 1 year old and didn’t want anyone to have to sleep in the living room. The 3 sleeping spaces (including the closed space with the bunk beds) worked out perfect for our family. The reserved parking spot is literally the 2nd spot from the entrance on the 5th floor — very convenient for loading and unloading. And the other thing we loved was the location, high enough to enjoy the ocean views and low enough to take the stairs if the elevator were busy! We will definitely stay here again! And the owner did an amazing job of communicating with us with all of the details of checking in, etc.

Fun place to stay

A couple of issues is this complex DOES allow guest to save the pool chairs with towels so you must have a towel down by 8 am. Also, after 10 pm some guest love to yell off the balcony's at one another while your little ones try to sleep.

Beautiful

We were highly satisfied with our room at the Shores of Panama! The room was spacious and accommodates a wheelchair throughout the room! The owner of this unit has done a great job with keeping the unit updated! The view from this 5th floor condo was perfect view of the entire pool area and the Gulf which is fantastic for parents with teens! We loved the fact that within walking distance is a Walmart pineapple Willy's and other shops!

This condo needs to be remodeled and updated. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived. The floors were dirty and sandy. The master bedroom had pop tart wrappers on the floor behind the side table. The couch needs to be thrown away it was filthy. The garbage in the 2nd bedroom bathroom was not empty. The restort itself is beautiful!

Borderline unacceptable.

The resort is fantastic. The grounds are very well taken care of. Pool is awesome and great access to the beach. The condo needs help. Everything in it was really old. End tables, nightstands, coffee table were all pretty much junk. Curtains had some stains and were falling off of several hooks. Couches and chairs are very broken down. The floor was absolutely filthy. Go without your shoes for 5 minutes and your feet were black. I would stay at this resort again, but not this condo, at least not without some serious tlc. I will say the owner did communicate very well. No issues there at all.

Great experience!

This was our first time to PCB and we took a girls trip with my 70 year old Mom, 19 daughter and her roommate, and a good friend of mine. There was plenty of room for all of us and the beds were nice and comfortable. It was also nice having 3 bathrooms. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the mornings having our coffee. The property felt very safe as there is security at every entrance. You're not getting in if you're not staying there! Pari, the owner of this unit, was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. She was awesome to work with! The beach area is pristine with amazing views and the pool at the condo is wonderful. I highly recommend this rental.

Not worth booking until updated DO NOT RENT

This property needs to be taken off booking until updated, the bed had blood stain mattress sockets didn’t work food left in stove sand was still in beds the host was very rude about it, no broom no sink stopper no clean liens for the bed the pullout was just springs dusty loaf of bread left under the bed I wish I could show pictures DO NOT RENT

Outdated furniture and need deep cleaning!!

Pros: - The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach. - Close to many great restaurants, making dining out convenient and enjoyable. Cons: - The first impression was disappointing due to a bad smell upon entering. - The cleanliness was severely lacking. We had to wash all the dishes and clean the floors ourselves. - The floor was so dirty that our feet turned black from walking around. - The couch was filthy, requiring us to cover it with a blanket before sitting on it. And not cleaned under beds. - The elevators are extremely slow, especially during busy times. Overall, while the location is excellent, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly impacted our stay.

Needs a facelift and better cleaning crew

Owner was very prompt on communication. Upon arrival someone was parked in the reserved spot, she gave quick response and solution. 3 days in, the ac went out. She had someone out and it was fixed within an hour. The unit could definitely use a face lift. The baseboards definitely need new paint as do the doors. It made the overall appearance seem dirty inside. The living room chair is completely worn out and probably needs to see the dumpster at this point. The beds were comfy, big plus! I was disappointed that there was only one bar stool for the counter island. Cooking meals was a hassle due to limited amount of pots/pans but we made it work. I would highly recommend a new cleaning crew. The master ceiling fan looked as though it hasn’t been dusted in months. The floors were covered in sand and hair. Sweeping was the first thing I done upon arrival. I wish there had been a mop and an iron, but there wasn’t either in the unit. The beach items left to use was a nice gesture. We also left behind a wagon with beach toys for future kids to enjoy as well. Overall the stay was nice, owner was good, but if you’ve stayed at shores, then you know how that goes. Elevators still suck!

The Shores

The owner was very prompt in answering questions and concerns but not necessarily fixing them. The view was amazing and the pool was really nice for children. The condo was very dirty in fact our 3 year old walked on the floor without shoes and the bottoms of his feet were black. The condo slept 8 people and there were only 4 chairs at the table and one bar stool (the stool had torn leather as the seat). It should accommodate 8 people to sit and or eat. You only get 8 towels and when I questioned that Pari said if I wanted more towels I should do laundry. I also told her the refrigerator was duck taped and the freezer was dirty with a hair in it. Pari told me her cleaning lady cleaned and the inspectors signed off on it. I told her the cleaning people and inspectors were blind then because it was filthy. The dishwasher is probably original because several prongs to hold the dishes were broken and missing. There was not a draining board for dishes nor a wash rag for dishes and no bath mats. Remember you only get 8 towels so you can’t use those for a bath mat and I didn’t want to go buy any. The plug in the extra bath did not work but Pari sent a handyman to fix it quickly. The microwave light didn’t work, there were no backs to any of the remotes (the batteries were taped in). There were no lamps in the living area and and the chair had a collapsed arm. The bathroom door didn’t lock in the 2nd bedroom, there were several bulbs out in both bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and I liked having a key pad to get into the unit. The elevators were fairly quick. The parking was nice but someone did park in our spot and Pari took care of that. This condo is more like a frat house because it has the bare necessities. Nothing is replaced only taped or fixed very poorly. It is NOT clean. When you are charged top dollar that is what I expect to get. Pari needs to replace several things I mentioned, that is part of doing business. I do have pictures of everything that I mentioned above. I would not stay in this unit again.

Summer vacation

The property manager is awesome. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We had trouble with the master bedroom tv but the owner had someone there to look at it asap.

Great place to stay for vacation!

I give this condo 5 stars! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean when we arrived. We will definitely want to book this condo again when we come back to PCB! I highly recommend room 520 at Shores of Panama!

Great experience!

Panama City Beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The white sand and sunshine was exactly what we wanted. For us this was a vacation 2 years in the planning. Our original trip did not happen due to the COVID shut down. Pari was helpful and very responsive to our needs. We would love to rent from her again. The only negative thing was we had to head back north to the snow at the end of our trip 🙃
