About this property

Family Friendly Beach Home with Large Heated Pool

The Town of Fort Myers Beach Registration Number is 19-0096, and the property is a member of both the Florida Vacation Rental Management Association and the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce.

The photos are up-to-date, taken post-Hurricane Ian as of July 10, 2024. The rebuild and remodel are fully complete. Please scroll to the end of this section for links to our video and virtual tours. The house is a beautifully renovated, non-smoking property with five bedrooms, three and a half baths, and two kitchens. It is situated at the north end of the island, close to Times Square, the new Margaritaville Resort, and the bustling downtown and Bayside Park areas. It comfortably sleeps 12, not counting an inflatable twin mattress and a pack-n-play. Due to fire code regulations, we cannot accommodate more than 13 guests, with no exceptions.

The house comes fully equipped with towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and more.

The outdoor area is as inviting as any on the island, featuring an oversized, heated pool for your enjoyment. The pool is reputed to be the largest private pool on the island, maintained at a steady 83 degrees (though it may be warmer from May to October as we do not cool it). Beach chairs, pub tables, and an outdoor grill are also provided for your use.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, along with Xfinity high-definition cable offering over 140 channels, including an extra sports package. Each bedroom is fitted with a wall-mounted HD TV with cable access (four out of five bedrooms have smart TVs).

Expect to find more amenities than usual for a vacation rental. We provide a pack-n-play, highchair, booster seat, two high-capacity washing machines, two dryers, hair dryers in each bathroom, and a hair straightener in one bathroom. Great for large extended family

We stayed with 12 members of our family. The house was so clean and well taken care of. Very nice having 2 kitchens and such a short walk to the beach and Times Square. The pool was so nice to come back and relax around after a day at the beach! I would highly recommend this property!

Perfect place!

Paradise

If you want to be close to beach and have a pool (which is huge) this is your place! Plenty of space for our family of ten. Very comfortable beds, second kitchen in lower level a plus. Teenagers enjoyed the lower level playing PS5 on the large TV. Can’t wait to come back!

Labor Day Trip

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed to just relax near the beach for the weekend. The abundance of baby/kid supplies made it super easy to bring our one year old on his first vacation. The communication with the host was super easy and quick. If we find ourselves retaining to Fort Myers Beach, we'd definitely stay again!

We fully enjoyed this property!

We had such a wonderful stay Brad & Shelly’s home. Upon arrival we found the property to be pristine clean. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room! The beds were all super comfy. There are essentially 3 floors & the basement area could be an apartment on its own-there’s a kitchenette, full bath all down there. There’s 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped keep our towels clean and dry. Lots of thoughtful additions if you have babies, like high chairs, pack and play, toilet seats and steps, baby spoons etc. It was HOT the week we stayed and the air conditioning kept up nicely. The pool area was so wonderful! The outdoor space was large with lots of chairs, a grill, garbage cans etc and was nice and private. Essentially everything felt new at the house and freshly renovated and modern. It was nicely decorated as well. There were tons of beach gear, chairs, sand toys, shell collecting bags, a wagon and cart to carry the supplies. Only 1 umbrella but you can rent additional gear at the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself wasn’t overly crowded and the water was shallow and nice and warm. We walked and walked far out and it didn’t get very deep. We looked at several properties in FMB and are certainly glad we chose this one!

My family and I absolutely love this property and the owners! Upon arrival, you will walk into a clean, fresh house. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is already there and ready to go. You can immediately tell that the owners care about the property and they want you to enjoy their house and your vacation. Not only that but if you do have any questions or concerns, they’re only a phone call away. Super simple. Love it! 10/10

Great family vacation spot

It was a beautiful house with all the amenities you could think of. We have stayed at several vrbo’s this was the first one that had 2 pack and plays for infants. Our whole group thought the place was amazing we will definitely be coming back. Even the neighbors were great .

Our Hosts have quite possibly one of the best places on Ft Myers Beach currently to rent a home. Everything is up to date and working very well even amongst the destruction of the hurricane. They were consistently communicative with us. 100 out of 10 stars!

Our Best Florida Trip Yet

Exceptional host communication, property location, layout of the home, and one of the most well stocked kitchens for cooking at home would be enough to unquestionably return to this VRBO again and again. The neighborhood and neighbors will seal the return deal. In fact, for the first time in our extensive travel planning we were looking to book next year before even leaving for home. We are two families traveling together. The layout of the home provided enough space and privacy for everyone. The pool is large and the area around it is easy to gather in. The kitchen was so well stocked we lacked for nothing in all seven days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home. Drip and Keurig coffee machines. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent provided. Spices. Coffee filters. Paper towel. Plenty of towels. All of those things that just make setting up house so much less costly and more convenient. It is clear these are experienced and aware hosts. Maybe five minute walk to the beach and that is with small children (ages 5-8). There are not many businesses open post hurricane on the island and the devastation is real! This never subtracted from our experience (except the sadness you can’t help but feel for this community), as we felt so welcome in this home and by the neighbors. Brad and Shelley were completely transparent in what to expect during our stay and every part of this experience exceeded our expectations. I think our kids will be sending Christmas cards to the neighbors for years to come—that’s how great they are! We could never say enough good things. We fell in love with this place. That’s probably the best way to say it. : ) As with all my reviews—easy and friendly running and biking on or off the beach.

Great Girls Get Away

My friends and I travel all over the world this was a snap decision knowing that we could be there during a hurricane. We had a fabulous time the weather was perfect the host is right the pool is probably the largest private pool on the island it is absolutely stunning the house was clean it had all of the amenities we needed and it was a short walk to the beach for a sunset every evening. There were six of us and there are six beds in the house it was perfect! If I could give the host 10 stars I would we will definitely be booking this place again. It is in the perfect location a Fort Myers Beach close to all the fun restaurants bike rentals convenience and grocery store we didn’t have to leave we were in paradise.

Family vacation

The home is well furnished and ready to host a family of all ages. The pool makes the beach a secondary choice. Everything you need for the beach, pool, meal prep and just kicking back is there. A high chair and boster seat made meals much easier for the todlers. The visitor guide provided by the host was so helpful. Easy walks to restaurants, coffee shops, and stores as well as bike/scooter rentals. Our family trip of 6 adults and four kids was a huge success because of your home. One thought from the parents of the todlers would be a baby gate (to block the stairs) to add to your great accessories.

Great home with fabulous pool

Wonderful family vacation house located conveniently to beach, town and restaurants. Owners communicated promptly to resolve any concerns and provided us with a well stocked home. House was clean and beds comfortable. The outstanding feature for our family was the clean, beautiful pool with shallow and deep water for swimming. Definitely recommend and will stay again when our travel brings us to the beach!!!

Best Family Vacation Ever!!!

We had a fabulous family vacation at this property. Shelley and Brad were great to work with and answered all of our questions promptly. The home, location, pool and accommodations were perfect. I rely on reviews a lot when booking VRBO and this home was definitely 5+stars. Beach access and restaurants were within walking distance. We went to the beach in the morning, walked home for lunch and swam in the pool in the afternoon. There are also lots of excursions near by. We will always treasure the memories we made here and hope to return again with family and or a group of friends. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Amazing!!!

Beautiful house with amazing back yard and pool! A few minutes walk to the beach and short walk to the town square. Would definitely stay again and hope to next summer. Had everything you could ask for in a house (enough kitchen supplies, beach supplies, pool toys, even provided all the beach towels, bed are super comfortable, the list goes in and on)!!!!

Awesome pool!

My family of 12 had a great time at this house for one week in July. We had 8 adults and 4 children ages 4-7. The walk to the beach was an easy one for adults and older children but with our little ones we decided to rent a golf cart. After a couple hours at the beach combined with the heat the little ones couldn’t have done it. We spent most of our time at the pool which was super clean and absolutely fabulous! My biggest complaint would be I wish they had a real bed instead of the sofa sleeper. We had two of the children sleep on it so it worked out but I cannot see adults sleeping on it. We didn’t have one bad meal during our whole stay. We ate at all these places once because we like to try new restaurants: Lani Kai rooftop for breakfast Liki Tiki BBQ for dinner Bayside Grill for dinner Dixie Fish Co for dinner Salty Crab for dinner Pizza and ice cream at Time Square We ate the rest of our meals at the house - the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks Brad and Shelley for being so responsive with any questions I had.
