Home features living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room with two full bathrooms. All original wood flooring, wood ceilings, crown molding and wrap around (L-shaped) front porch overlooking a huge back yard situated with tables, chairs, umbrellas, fire pit for outdoor entertaining. The property is totally fenced and gated for privacy and constantly receiving more upgrades. Walking distance to downtown, FSU, FAMU, Governors Mansion, Midtown, convenience to restaurants, library, museums, bars and entertainment. A Capital City Treat!

We are FSU fans, graduate of UNC and currently living in North Carolina. I love my Tallahassee home because it was a graduation gift from my grandparents in which we all enjoy during visits. We love the historical Frenchtown area because it is growing, in downtown and the middle of all of the city entertainment, restaurants and activities.
Why they chose this property
Close to everything Tallahassee, quaint, quiet, next to a Youth Farm with all fresh organic vegetables, birds singing and squirrels playing as you sit on the porch for breakfast. Just plain peaceful. A taste of Tallahassee historical french craftsman cottages that has been renovated but we kept much of its original charm.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to many activities, resturants, FSU, FAMU, Governors mansion, Mid-town with all buses and Uber available.
A lovely place to stay while visiting Tallahassee. Southern Hospitality here is great!
