Black Point Beach- one block from a private beach, well-appointed, art-filled, colorful, bright, 3 large bedroom private home, with several outdoor venues and gardens to enjoy. 2 full baths and an awesome outdoor shower. Wood floors on main floor, tile on the bottom floor. Fully central air-conditioned, a gorgeous outdoor roofed patio with a relaxing private garden off the master bedroom and a private patio off the second queen sized room downstairs. Ceiling fans, large windows, an outdoor deck for eating under the shade of a huge tree- a great vacation home.

Check in Friday after 6pm, check out Friday by 3pm.

Great area for children, the beach and our club house with tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, and a playground. Kids ride bikes all day as this is at the end of a peninsula and there is little to no traffic.

Short ten minute drive to a large grocery store, pharmacy, children's museum, Costco and the center of our quaint village of Niantic. Mohegan Sun Casino, Mystic, Stonington, Old Saybrook and Essex all less than 30 minutes away. Niantic has shops, restaurants and a fun Main Street.

This beach house was bright, cheery, and had great outdoor space!

The location was perfect with a quick walk down the street. There was a wonderful market across the street equipped with odds and ends and had delicious breakfast items. Close to Mystic which was nice for a day trip to the aquarium on a rainy day. Sharon is very accommodating and responsive. She was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this spacious house for families (with children who can do stairs) or a few couples looking to get away.

I live full-time 50 minutes away so I am here year-round and have a community of friends in the area. This is a quiet, safe and easy place to be which is why I show up constantly even if for just a few hours to visit.

I am self-employed, a pet lover and love the warm weather. It was a dream of mine 12 years ago to have a home near the water. After looking at lakes, ponds, ocean, streams- I found this home and devoted myself to creating a happy and peaceful place to rest (although I do a tremendous amount of work here!), enjoy and invite loved ones to visit. This is a great community and I am at home in my heart here.

Why they chose this property

I love this home! From the moment I walked in I knew I could make this place wonderful. From changing every wall plug and switch, changing every door hinge and door lever to re-doing almost all of the floors with tile or wood, I have been hands-on making my home shine. I designed and rebuilt the downstairs bathroom and am especially proud of my Celebration of Life Garden off the master bedroom. I survived breast cancer 11 years ago and knew when I was going through countless surgeries and chemo that the side of my house was meant to be more than just grass. Thus, my dream patio/garden was born with the roof and the bluestone and the plantings all coming from my creative mind and heartfelt joy.

I invite you to share the good vibes and happiness this home provides for me.

What makes this property unique

Fresh, new, fun, safe, a great place to hang out and relax- why not?
