Experience Moab in this comfortable, tastefully furnished vacation rental townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Sleeps 10 in beds. The two master suites make it an ideal vacation retreat for 2 families. Enjoy the newly furnished main floor master suite with private access to the back patio and NEW Bullfrog hot tub/spa. The upstairs master has it's own en-suite bathroom as well and a private balcony offering great views of Moab Rim. The open main living area offers tall vaulted ceilings and a loft looking down into the living room.

The main living area is a great place to gather around the gas fireplace in the late evening after a wonderful day out on the red rocks, cook up a fabulous meal in the well-appointed kitchen and discuss where your next adventures awaits.

You will also love the convenience of the attached, 2 car garage and driveway for your gear and toys. Conveniently located and directly adjacent to the unit is a 50' X 20' community parking area for trailers and is available on a first come basis.

Hiking the Parks

My family stayed here for a few days to hike the parks. This place was a good base with plenty of room. It was nice to soak in the hot tub after hiking or before starting out in the morning. The owners were extremely prompt at answering. This place is a little south of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab which is what we wanted.

Group Getaway

The property was perfect for our group of OHV enthusiasts. Close to the trails and anything else we needed. The house was clean, well stocked and plenty of beds. The only problem area was the road noise, but of course there's nothing the owner can do about that. We all hope to be back soon!

Best Deal in Moab!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a group of 7 of us from different parts of the country that came to Moab to attend the Easter Jeep Safari and then wheeled for another week when the trails are less crowded. The property was super clean and comfortable for all of us. We love staying here and will definitely stay here again when we are out this way. The host is superb and extremely responsive if you have questions or need anything.

Great for bigger group

We had 2 families and grandma (7 total) and this was a great place to stay. We loved the hot tub. Had plenty of room for the 7 of us. We used the grill, which worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed for some dinners in the condo and making our lunches too. Easy drive to the parks. It is right off the highway, so really not ideal to walk from the house, but an easy 5 minute drive into town. Would stay again :)

Great Location

The condo is just outside Moab, which is a plus. You have the convenience of Moab, without the crowds. It is comfortable, and very well equipped. We had one issue upon arrival, and the owner got on it right away. Our group of eight adults had plenty of space. Highly recommend this property!

Tolles Haus in toller Lage

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Alles war so, wie in der Beschreibung. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Toll war es, dass der Kens Lake nur wenige Minuten entfernt ist und es herrlich war, sich dort nach den Wanderungen abzukühlen und zu entspannen.

Great Time

Very nice place to stay we enjoyed our time there very much. Everything there was as good as you could want the only thing that was missing was a Keurig coffee maker but I unintentionally left mine there now it has one. Would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean, comfortable and conviently located. Kitchen well equiped. We had two minor issues but the host responded immediatly and they were resolved. Only negative comment was the highway that was nearby whereby traffic was noisely. Other than that we had a positive experience

Comfortable Condo

The location, parking for trailer and truck were excellent. Nice sized condo with comfy beds and well stocked kitchen. Hot tub clean and relaxing with great outdoor space. There were a few things that need improvement. Upon arriving funky, musty smell but went away next day, guessing it was the air conditioner. Intake vent cover really needs a good cleaning. Inadequate towels for using a fresh one every day, especially wash clothes. Overall good experience and would probably book again.

First time to Moab

We all came to Moab for the first time with the Jeeps and this home is absolutely perfect. Located close to everything. You are literally a mile away from the trail Steel Bender. We all can not wait to come back.

Great location in Moab!

Very nice property and comfortable for our group of 10. Our only issue was arriving to a foul sour smell in the kitchen/dining area, presumably from a sink disposal. Unable to get housekeeping to come on a Friday evening, but we were able to knock it down some running some detergents through. Also had some bedding with a few hairs on them. Other than these housekeeping issues, this is a great place to stay and would still recommend it.

Nice Property, nice price, nice location

This property sits on the south side of town but is minutes to downtown and about 15 minutes to Arches National Park. We really don't have any major complaints and would recommend the place to others.

Four children and a few RZR's later we still look forward to every opportunity we have to visit this awe-inspiring place. Our favorite thing to do in Moab is riding RZR's and ATV's through the world-famous slick rock trails and taking Sunday walks through picturesque Arches National Park. We hope Moab quickly becomes your favorite place too!
