"The Get-Away" , NEWLY UPDATED FIRST FLOORCONDO with AMAZING OCEAN VIEW in A Place at the Beach 3. Condo an awesome ocean view - just 45 steps to the beach and your toes are in the sand! Condo overlooks the pool, and the 2nd pool is just down the hall and outside - the choice is yours. Unit is very clean and newly remodeled with comfortable furnishings and has a fun and relaxing beach vibe. New flooring in entire condo plus new quartzite kitchen countertops and tile backsplash.You won't want to leave! All beds have new pillow top mattresses- king in the master and 2 twins in the guest room. Pillows and bedspreads provided and linen service is available as an option if you don't want to bring your own. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, cable tv, and wireless DVDs. Master AC units in living room and master bedroom. The living room offers many seating options for you ( couch, loveseat, and 2 leather recliners) and there is also a large cable tv and wireless DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and a new stove/oven and microwave have just been placed in the unit. Laundry room conveniently located just outside unit in the hallway (no noise). There are 2 grilling areas on each side of the building with 12 total grills and 2 picnic tables. Condo is on a DEAD END ROAD so there is no heavy traffic and this complex is very family friendly. Ocean Annie's Beach Bar and Restaurant is very close for food and music - sit in a chair night or day and relax . Apache Pier just a short walk down the beach for food , arcade, and fishing. Also, more fishing in the marsh causeway is located just across the street. Nearby: Small shops and Flip Flops Restaurant/Bar- 3' minute walk , grocery stores, WalMart and multiple restaurants within minutes, Arcadian Golf Course and Tanger Outlets- 5' , Barefoot Landing- 10' and Broadway at the Beach- 15' . Time to start your vacation !!! Relaxation awaits!! Location is superb

We love A Place at the Beach III! The beach is outstanding and this unit is just 3 away from the beach making it very desirable. The porches haven’t been update yet on this unit so it will be nicer once that is done. The pricing on these units has gotten outrageous though for what you get.

Beautiful

Second time staying in these condos but first time staying in this particular one, it was very nice and clean and the location was great. It was on the first floor next to the pool and the views of the beach were perfect. Already looking to book our next family trip for next year!

Overall we had an amazing stay! The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The access to the beach was perfect and it was very walkable to restaurants and ice cream : ) Easy access to get into the condo with the key code lock box. The key does stick a bit in th deadbolt. I did wish I knew that we needed toilet paper. No big deal, just needed a heads up : ) We greatly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely return

Perfect!

This unit is right on the first floor, so when you go out to the beach in the morning it is very easy to get out there without issue. My dad recently had knee surgery and he really enjoyed that the beach and pool were so easy to get to. Kitchen has a few updates since the last time we rented and it looks great. Highly recommend!!!

Place was great. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is a lack of Tupperware/bowls. We didn’t use but there are chairs and a umbrella.

Wonderful!

A place at the beach is a hidden gem in MB! Location is great on a dead end street and you and just steps away from the sand. The property was great and just a pictured. The bed in the primary room was very comfortable, plenty of seating and nice kitchen to cook a couple of meals in. The view from the patio is beautiful and the first floor room is the place to be. The only thing I would change is the linen rental- this is no fault of the owners. Since we had to make the beds anyways, I would have preferred to bring our own sheets and towels.

If you want to stay close to the ocean this is the ideal place to be, just steps from the ocean, 1st floor condo was wonderful, close to restaurants, shopping, enjoyed our week with plenty of sunshine, September great month to vacation at Myrtle Beach.

Our Stay Labor Day Weekend 2021

We enjoyed our stay. Chris the owner was very good to keep us informed and was great to text and even make phone calls back and forth. We enjoyed the place greatly as it was a short walk to beach which is where we stayed about all the time. We used the condo to shower and sleep...ha! Overall it was great and we'll certainly stay here again. Thanks!

Best place at the beach!

Unit was shabby chic and needing a little love, but exactly at the right spot we wanted to be. Kitchen was well stocked and there were some basics already there. AC was efficient coupled with bedroom ceiling fans. Beds were definitely comfortable! We thoroughly enjoyed the week and hope to rent here again!

Excellent communication from owner & manager. Really nice, clean unit. Comfortable bed and recliners! Great location - not in the middle of all the crowds but close to everything. Easy, close access to the beach. Nice property. My husband and I loved the unit and hope to return again.

Great long weekend getaway

Great place for short or long getaway. Location was the best. Right on the beach and around the corner from all of the activities and attractions. The owners were great. They kept me informed of events and made some to-do recommendations.

Best of A Place at the Beach

The unit is on the first floor so bringing in luggage was less of a strain. Location to beach and pool was fantastic. Inside was decorated beautifully and it was spotless. The view from the patio was perfect. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Will highly recommend this rental!!!

A Place at the Beach

This was my 3rd time staying at APATB III. And I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Twice in another unit and my first time in this unit. The condo is on a dead end street so you don't have to deal with any traffic. Very nice section of the beach. A short walk and I can be at the beach bar or the pier. Or a short walk the other way and I can be by myself in the little inlet. The condo was great. Just as described. All of the units in these 3 buildings have about the same layout which I like. Very clean and looked great. Everything was newer and in good shape. One little complaint is there is no WiFi in the condo or building. This section of the beach has a few dead spots so WiFi would be nice to have. Maybe it's due to the ocean ? The owner Chris was nice to deal with. I did have 1 issue come up literally the last day of my stay. Both he and the maintenance person were quick to respond and had the problem addressed quickly so I would not have an issue staying here again. If your looking for a place to stay while your in Myrtle Beach I highly recommend APATB.
