The house is in the village of Lakmartin, just 4 km from the city of KRK, very quiet. You can walk to the town of Krk through the olive trees with marked trails.
The house has everything you need for a successful holiday: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite television, barbecue, electric gate.
The pool is open from 1st of May until 15th of October.
