Updated kitchen, freshly painted with coastal colors, and Garden level features 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room. 10 minute walk to Scarborough State Beach.

A spacious backyard has an outdoor shower and huge deck. Enjoy a relaxed vacation with family and friends grilling and playing games in the yard or exploring Rhode Island's many beaches and state parks.

Family Beach Vacation @ Narragansett

My entire family enjoyed the property, it was clean, spacious and in a great location. Carly, the property manager, promptly replied to any questions I had. I highly recommend it.

Family Fun Trip!

Great space for our family - 3 adults, 4 kids & dog! Nice morning walks to Scarborough Beach, perfect neighborhood, close to everything. New deck at house is perfect for morning coffee. Plenty of space to call it "home" while vacationing in RI. Would definitely rent again. Few minor things & mgt was very responsive.

Scarborough Family Vacation

A fun time to as had by all!! We stayed for a week and had friends and family stay with us. Everyone enjoyed their time at 55 Hope Lane. Memories were made and the beach is close enough to walk! The only thing to be careful of is that there are steep deck stairs that are impossible to block with a regular sized gate. Our almost 2 year old grandson made us very nervous. It would be great if there was a gate installed for little ones and pets.

This property had a 4.7 star rating which is crazy. Too many issues to list. We would not recommend unless the owners made some upgrades. Good neighborhood

Eastwood Look Perfection!

10 out of 10! The owners thought of everything. There were brand new pots and pans still in the shrink-wrap, brand new bowls perfect for chips, dips or to hold your car keys/sunglasses. Everything we were looking for in the kitchen, was there. We wanted for nothing! The fridge was big and clean, the stove and the grill worked perfectly, there was a ton of room to eat-in or outside. The deck is enormous and we spent most of our time out doors. The bedrooms were spacious and there was a ton of closet and dresser storage for our family of 5. We've made a tradition out of coming to the Scarborough Beach area every July and have never stayed in the same house twice. This house has changed that as we hope to book it again next year! Love this rental!

Great house in a great location

Perfect location - loved the walk to the beach - great yard for outdoor play for the kids. Enjoyed grilling and sitting out in the deck. Kitchen decently stocked, although lacking any baking/casserole-type cookware. A suggestion would be a list by the owner of recommended restaurants (pizza, ethnic, seafood, ice cream), directions to beach, things to do in the area, days of garbage/recycling pick-up ( we were told M/Th but it was actually T/Sat) We had a fantastic vacation overall and would not hesitate to recommend this location and would definitely revisit in the future.

Great location. House needs some TLC.

We loved the neighborhood and the easy walk to the beach. The property manager responded promptly to our concerns. The house itself needs some work. The deck has some boards that needs replacing and two of the bedrooms had mattress that were old and extremely uncomfortable. Also, the house was not completely clean when we checked in. We had to vacuum downstairs and mop the kitchen floor. With a little TLC this place would be great.

A lovely property with one deal breaker

This is one of the nicest houses we've rented in Narragansett. Big kitchen. Huge deck. Nice neighborhood. Playground nearby. Wish it was a bit closer to the water, but definitely walkable. The one issue is the mattresses. All of the queen size beds are uncomfortable. I had called the property manager before making the reservation because I'd seen a complaint about them in a review. The property manager assured me that the beds were fine. Unfortunately we won't be staying here again.

Great house for many guests

Plenty of room for 8 guests. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. The back deck is large but it has seen better days -- time to replace the rotting floorboards.

Weve rented in Narragansett for 10 years. We love this spot!

The check in process was a breeze. Carly was outstanding. We will be back next year. The house was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed including renting 1 house away from our friends!

55 Hope Lane

We loved the house and location and especially enjoyed the proximity to the "private" beach area north of the state beach. Would like owners to know that the house had no toaster, grill utensils, or a big pot with tongs to boil corn or steam lobster. Not a huge deal but those items would be nice to have. Overall we had a great week and would stay in this house again.
