Grand salon, piscine et cuisine agréables. Literie très basique et pas confortable dans certaines chambres notamment dans la tour. Les cloisons de l’étage n’isolent pas du bruit des autres chambres. Cheminée au rdc de la tour mais bois de chauffage trempé donc impossible à allumer. Correspondant local attentionné. Chèque de caution demandé à l’arrivée mais pas indiqué sur le site, et des affichages multiples peu accueillants sur le coût de la moindre anomalie constatée.

Séjour de rêve

Logement incroyable, encore mieux que sur les photos. Très pratique pour une soirée entre amis, la piscine chauffée est un énorme plus. Très bien rénovée, les équipements de la cuisine et des chambres sont top. Merci encore !

Un agréable week-end !

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis, Nicolas a été très prévenant, la maison est bien équipée, et les petit plus : la piscine intérieure très agréable et la bonne boulangerie à deux minutes à pied ! Je recommande cette belle location et n'hésiterez pas à la relouer à nouveau.

Très bonne expérience

Pas loin de Paris, intérieur propre, accueil vraiment sympa ! Les photos ne mentent pas ! Il y a quelque moins qui valent le 4 a la place du 5, la piscine n'avait pas l'air d'être la plus propre possible, on peut nager sans problème tout de même. Et on peut regretter le manque de liquide vaisselle/papier toilette/sac poubelle ... tout consommable nécessaire a la propreté. Néanmoins on a passé un agréable séjour.

It is ok to stay with friends over the weekend

In general, the Chateau is big enough for 13 people. The only things we need to comment is there is quite a lot of flies, and there is no duvet covers, so all our family/friend members are quite concerned about the cleanliness of those duvets. The pool is amazing and warm enough, so this is definitely a plus of the house. There are no bikes as advertised on the site, and when we paid money, it's more than what we saw on the site but the owner explained that it is that services I have asked for, which are just towels and bed sheets, which i thought it should be included in any stay anyway. So check it before you pay. Thanks Lily

Plus que parfait!

Que dire ... tout simplement génial . Tout est bien pensée dans ce manoir ! Il y’a absolument tout! J’avais réservée pour l’anniversaire surprise pour les 30 ans de mon conjoint. Nous étions une trentaine et nous avons bien profité. Le salon est parfais pour pouvoir danser (ni trop petit , ni trop grand ). Nous venons de Paris et même si c’était à 1h45 de route , ça en valais le coup. Je recommande ce lieu. Le plus important aussi c’est la disponibilité de Stephan! Il répondait à tout mes questions, j’ai donc pu préparé l’événement sans stress. Les invités étaient tous impressionnés du cadre et de la piscine chauffée! Tout simplement magnifique ! Je garde un excellent souvenir . N.christelle

Weekend entre copines au top !

La maison est magnifiquement rénovée, avec beaucoup de goût, mélangeant matériaux anciens et modernité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les couchages impeccables. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine en ce we caniculaire !

Un grand moment

Superbe bâtisse, très bien entretenue. J'ai réuni un grand nombre d'amis pour mon anniversaire, avec l'idée de faire quelque chose de différent. Mon choix s'est porté presque naturellement sur cette demeure bel et bien exceptionnelle, un cadre idéal pour réunir les personnes qu'on aime. Stéphane est par ailleurs adorable et très disponible. Il faut le souligner. Bref, je recommande vivement et je le referai pour sûr :)

Prestation exceptionnelle

Nous avons fait un week end en famille dans ce manoir, et tout était parfait. L’accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Stéphane annonce la couleur d'entrée de jeu. Ce manoir est classe et a fait son effet sur chacun des invités. Décoration de très bon goût alternant à la perfection le côté rustique et moderne sans affecter le manoir. Chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées (je ne détaillerai pas chacune des chambres elles sont toutes top à leur manière), pièce à vivre gigantesque, piscine chauffée à 28°C très très agréable... Des petites détails qui ont également fait leur effet, avec un cave à vin et une machine à glaçons :), tassimo, senseo, cafetière, four professionnel.... Nous avons fait appel au restaurant à 50m, le SEBASTOPOL qui est également PARFAIT. Tout est fait maison et très très bon, on s'est régalé tout le week end à un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir de nouveaux clic clac convertibles qui se sont avérés très confortables pour la nuit. Pour chipoter, on concédera que la chambre avec 4 petits lits de 90cm n'est pas adaptée pour des adultes mais plus pour des enfants au risque de sentir la structure du lit. Bref, vous l'aurez compris, nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce lieu :)

week end dépaysant dans ce beau manoir de caractère

Très beau manoir spacieux avec de belles pièces; la tour fait rêver sur les 3 niveaux ..... Belle rénovation, belle conception, belles chambres, pièce à vivre spacieuse avec la terrasse dans la continuité. La piscine a fait la plus grande joie des petits et des grands; pour un week end, pas besoin de sortir de la propriété. Il faut juste quelques ajustements du descriptif concernant les couchages (lits simples, doubles, largeur clic clac, largeur des lits: 140 ou 160 ...) pour prévoir les draps adaptés et répartir les chambres aux invités avant l'arrivée sur place. Excellent, spacious, well presented house with a fantastic pool

The property is well equipped and easily fitted 8 guests with plenty of room to spare. The property was true to the photos and an amazing space inside and out. The only things that need updating are the BBQ and a sets of kitchen knifes. Otherwise we can't fault it and even if they weren't replaced we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The host was excellent and even accommodated for our lack of French. The area is beautiful and we would recommend the main suite. Fabulous space, as is the whole house!!! Well recommended.

Batisse incroyable Les chambres et les salles de bains sont propres et spacieuse. L'accueil est parfait, Stéphane est très disponible. Le petit déjeuner est plus que correct La boulangerie au bout de la rue. Restaurant dans le village qui nous prépare les dîners. le prix pour 15 personnes est plus que convenable. En bref, je recommande tout particulièrement la Tour d Aligre

Cousinade inoubliable

C'était la première fois que nous organisions une cousinade sur un week-end et avec le choix de la Tour d'Aligre, ce fut une réussite! Cet endroit est idéal car très beau petit village à seulement 01h20 de Paris; demeure au centre de village juste à côté de la boulangerie; site magnifiquement rénovée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon week-end en famille: cuisine aménagée avec en plus cafetières classiques et à dosettes, distributeur de glaçon, cave à vin; accès wi-fi, très propre et beaucoup de confort; nous étions 10 adultes et 10 enfants: nous avons pu pleinement profiter de la piscine chauffée à 32°c et du barbecue sur la terrasse. On recommande et on est prêt à revenir l'an prochain! C'est top!

Weekend inoubliable

Nous avons privatisé la Tour d'Aligre pour un weekend entre amis, et nous sommes plus que ravis d'avoir fait ce choix. Le cadre et la bâtisse sont sublimes. Et pour ce qui est de l'intérieur, c'est la parfaite alliance entre authenticité et modernité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien durant notre séjour, tout est sur place. Un grand merci au propriétaire et au gérant qui se sont montrés plus qu'arrangeants, c'est très appréciable. En somme, je vous recommande vivement cet endroit. Nous ne sommes pas prêts d'oublier les 3 jours que nous avons passés en ces lieux :)

Petite folie réussi pour un départ randonnées

Auriane and Nicolas are managers working in Paris, with two children.
After falling in love with this masterpiece of architecture, we acquired the Tour D´Aligre, with the ambition of breathing life into this historical place in order to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

The Tour D´Aligre is an excellent way to discover the region of Perche.
We have lived in this region for more than 15 years, and we wanted to create a quality residence so that other people could discover it as well.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the historical aspect of this hunting lodge and its unique character, its location makes it very easy to extend your journey towards the Loire Valley.
We are 1 hour away from Versailles and 1 hour and 20 minutes away from Paris.
The quality comforts contrast nicely with the style of the house.
All of the bedrooms which have a flat screen TV are spacious and tastefully decorated.
The pool is permanently heated.
The shops are nearby (100 m away).
The kitchen, which has solid oak flooring, is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, two refrigerators, ice dispensers, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, tumble dryer, a 5-ring range cooker with a 1 m wide oven, a wine cellar, an oak table and matching chairs.
This is all provided within a quiet and comfortable environment.
