Take a trip back in time with all the modern amenities you learn to love while on vacation. This three-bedroom home on Broughton Street - Savannah's "Main Street" - is within short walking distance to most of downtown's best shopping, dining, and attractions.

Walk in to brick walls, tufted love seats, and rich wood floors. This is the historic Savannah experience you are looking for! With ample room for up to eight Lucky guests, you truly feel like a local. Share a home-cooked (or catered) meal with friends and family at the formal dining room. Or, sip a few glasses of wine in the private courtyard before heading out for a night on the town.

Upstairs you'll find three guest bedrooms, all tastefully renovated and furnished with comfortable Queen size beds. The first features two, four-poster beds, with chic decor, and an ample amount of closet space. The second guest room is just down the hall, and features a posh, blue, velvet bed and exposed brick walls. A full bath with tub/shower combo is at the end of the hall for these two rooms to share.

The primary bedroom has a style of its own, donning lavender walls and mirrored accents. Guests will enjoy the luxurious King size bed with hotel-grade linens and plenty of closet space to feel at home. An en suite bath with double vanity and standing shower can be found just off the primary bedroom. What's more? A private balcony for two with incredible views of the city.

Nestled between four surrounding squares on the 500 block of East Broughton, this home is very close to notable attractions such as the Davenport Museum and the Owens-Thomas House. Guests looking for nightlife are only a short distance to River Street and City Market.

There were six in our party and the bedroom set up and bathroom set up were great. (An earlier review noted the back bathroom shower having drainage issues, and that hasn’t been fixed yet. Also, the baseboards in the back bedroom need a cleaning. But not lowering the score for that!) Great rental! And Lucky Savannah is so organized!! Last note, it’s a historic property so those stairs and the low railings might not be a good fit for older guests or kiddos.

Savannah ladies’ weekend

Four friends / industry colleagues got together for a long weekend in Savannah. The property was beautiful and served us perfectly! Savannah in January is tricky weather-wise, so we did struggle a little with temp control, and we could have used more blankets on the beds because it got cold at night. but overall, a wonderful stay with access to everything downtown.

Perfect Location

House was beautiful and the location was just perfect! Walkable to everything we wanted to do- 2 blocks to riverfront and coffee shop right across the street. Even though we never drove once we got there, the 2 parking spots behind the house were great and there was plenty of parking out front. Neighborhood was quiet and Loved the little courtyard in the back. This is an old house so there are a couple of things to remember. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the stairs are very narrow and steep. Also, the heat and air work fine, but once again, it’s an old house, so not very efficient. Some rooms very cool and some very warm…..Bring a blanket! We would definitely stay here again!

Victorian charm with modern conveniences

Beautiful house. Tastefully decorated. Close to everything we needed to do. The designated parking spaces saved us immeasurable time and energy, allowing us to spend more time doing and less time waiting. Spacious enough for some of us to sleep, while the rest of us stayed up late. Management was quick and responsive when I requested info I had misplaced. Hope to stay here again for future visits!

Beautiful townhome walkable to everything

I rented this property for a girls trip and it was truly a beautiful space. The house is so historic and it’s decorated very well, there were a couple of great spots for taking pictures in the house! The check-in process didn’t go very smoothly though. I had paid for an early check-in but was not given the correct code at the time of check in. I attempted to call the office multiple times but they did not pick up. Luckily the office of the property company was close by so we drove over, and once we were there they fixed the issue quickly. Overall I would highly recommend this property, it’s beautiful, super close to downtown and walkable to everything, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking supplies (baking dishes, pots, pans, etc).

Beautiful property with great location

The property is very pretty and clean. We could walk to many restaurants and areas that we wanted to see. Bedrooms are all upstairs , the stairs are steep, so anyone who has ambulatory issues could have a problem. The bedrooms were very nice with nice closets and the beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was slow draining showers and getting the gate opened in the back. It was nice to have a parking space. Management was very helpful.

The space was clean, comfortable and aesthetic—we especially loved having breakfast in the jasmine-covered brick backyard! And the location is ideal: it’s on a safe, quiet street that’s within easy walking distance to all of the historic downtown (and we were traveling with two seniors and two little kids! Just note that the stairs were a tad bit steep for that crowd.) We had a bit of trouble getting into the place because the code wasn’t set for our early check-in, but the rental company fixed in within seconds of my phone call. Would definitely recommend!

This house is the perfect location for walkable Savannah. Located on the quieter end of E Broughton Street, with parking in the back. The clean, beautiful home was as pictured with comfortable beds, and easily accommodated our six adult family members. I highly recommend this location and I would book this location again when traveling to Savannah.

Don't pass this one up!

We have always had good luck with VRBO and this property is no exception. The location was fabulous. Parked the suv in the property parking spot and walked everywhere for the next 4 days. Adult children could go out and leave grandbabywith us. The property was super clean. Furnishings in great shape. Beds comfy. Linens top shelf. When we return it would book here again.
