Very Private custom home with pool and amazing 180 degree views, 3 miles to town

Elevated and private, sitting on 5.8 acres, this 2,850sq ft. custom built home delivers high ceilings, designer finishes and multiple entertaining areas that open to the resort style yard with pool. This spectacular 180 degree views of Lake Chelan, Chelan Butte, Stormy Mountain, North Cascades as well as the valley floor including night time glistening waters of Lake Chelan.

This custom built home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2.5 baths and a kitchen bar that looks out onto the magnificent views of Lake Chelan. You can enjoy your coffee or meals sitting at the kitchen bar, or outside at the fire pit table, looking out over the lake, watching all the activities going on below. (Sleeps 8)

When it comes to eating, the kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments and a variety of cookware to help prepare a fantastic meal, with modern appliances.

There is also a very nice dinning room table with 8 chairs off the kitchen for a nice family gathering indoors. Above that is a large living room with a TV for XBox games to play, or just sit and enjoy a good conversation.

Outside by the pool you will find a very nice fire pit table and BBQ, cooler/ice chest counter top roller cart to use for drinks, or what ever you want to keep cold. Hammock, pool loungers, patio couch and chairs w/ coffee table with umbrellas and a large box with pool toys.

In the garage you will find a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table and a card table with cards and chips for playing blackjack.

This property has plenty of parking and room for your boat.

There is a Casita on the property next to the main house that is not part of the rental. There is a caretaker that lives there with a dog with a fenced yard. You will need to respect their area/privacy, parking and keep your noise down. Your cars should be parked at the main house only.

Excellent location and only 3 miles to town.

Pool opens June 1st and closes September 17th.

*Please be aware of the age requirement on the contract. Must be 30 years old to rent this property.

No events, like parties/weddings allowed.

Absolutely no pets allowed at the rental. We are trying to keep an allergy free home.

Beautiful location. House is wonderful. Spacious and great decor. Backyard with pool is very comfortable with great furniture setup. Kitchen is spacious and easy to use. No issues or problems. Interaction with host was great.

Wonderful home, very well stocked.

This is easily the most well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about how well stocked the kitchen, bathrooms, rooms, etc. were. We had plenty of towels, pool towels, kitchen items like pots/pans/knives/spices, etc. and cleaning supplies (paper towel, garbage bags, dish tabs, soap, etc.) The space was also great for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated the umbrellas for some extra shade. The view cannot be beat either. We would definitely recommend this home to friends looking in the future. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful home with incredible views!

Our stay here was fantastic! The pool and views were amazing, and it was just a few minutes down to town/the grocery store. The house was very well stocked with towels, beach towels, pool floaties, pillows, paper supplies, and everything we needed to cook meals every day. The pool and ping pong table in the garage were a fun addition! It was great to have 2 separate living room/tv areas as we had toddlers, teens, and adults who all wanted to watch something different when we wanted to kick back. The master bedroom with private balcony and soaker tub with views of the lake was icing on the cake! Communication was very easy, as were instructions for the home. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next Chelan getaway!

Great house layout and amazing views of Lake Chelan

We had an amazing stay here (4adults and two 3-year old toddlers). The views from the pool of Lake Chelan were spectacular and we loved watching the little quail birds run around the yard every morning over coffee. The house layout was perfect. With multiple living room spaces and large bedrooms we could easily hangout together or tuck the kiddos away for nap time without disrupting others. House came stocked with pool toys and floaties the kids could use. Small step stools were also provided so kids could easily reach the bathroom sinks which was a nice touch. The ping pong table and foosball table in the garage also looked like fun that we’ll have to try out next time.

Our stay at Lake Chelan was great. The sign-up, communication, check-in and check-out process went very smoothly. The home met all needs for 9 people and 5 nights (longer if you wanted). We loved the property’s seclusion and easy access to town. The home is large enough to provide some alone time if needed. We enjoy the activities available in town and surrounding areas, and the pool was an added bonus for the days we didn’t feel like doing anything. We would definitely recommend this property for visits to Lake Chelan.

Beautiful property with a stunning view!

We stayed at the property for a little less then a week in late August. The house is beautiful and has both a pool area for swimming and also a lawn area for littlest kids to play around on (completely fenced in which made it perfect for kiddos). The house offers plenty of space as well - there are full 6 bedrooms and each room has a either a queen or king bed. The only somewhat negative thing was that the cleanliness of the house and the pool could definitely be much better. The pool was murky and had stuff floating in it - pool guys came out for no more than 15 minutes and we barely saw any difference after they finished cleaning. The house was also had some cleaning issues - some dishes were not washed well and we ended up rewashing a lot of them, the floors were sticky, and there were quite a bit of dust around. The garage area which has been turned into a game room, has not been cleaned in a very long time either. If the intent is for guests to spend time there, I think it should be cleaned the same way as the rest of the house. I realize that the owner is not local so thought this feedback might be valuable as it might be time to switch cleaning crews. Oh, and one last thing, it would be awesome if the house had more bath towels🙂 Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return for another stay😊

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay here - it was one of the most well stocked vacation homes we have been to. It didn't leave us wanting for anything. The amazing view, the lovely expanse and structure of the house, the pool - everything adds to make this a wonderful getaway.

Fantastic Views

The house is set up great for small or large groups to enjoy the panoramic views of the lake and the valley. The well equipped house provides everything the guests would need for an enjoyable stay with a well equipped kitchen, ample gathering and sleeping areas and finally a wonderful pool. The proximity of the house provides a quiet location yet still very convenient to get to the activities in the area.

Absolutely perfect

This property was beautiful and very accommodating! The view was spectacular and the amenities were great! The pool was wonderful and we spent the majority of our days pool side. We took turns with meals and the kitchen provided all the necessary dishes, utensils and serving ware. The space worked great for the many ages (from 9-68) of our party. We were all happy with our wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed this property for our annual trip to Chelan. The property was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our grandson enjoyed the pool as we continue to teach him to swim. The property was very clean and Rachel, our host, was very accessible via text message to take care of all of our needs and questions. Great place!
