About this property

This is a very quiet condo located between Rehoboth and Dewey. There is a total of 4 units. Two units are attached and separated by the other two units, with a combined parking area, with 2 parking spaces for this unit. It is an easy 4-5 block walk to the ocean, and you don't have to cross any major highways. The condo is about a half mile to the south end of the Rehoboth boardwalk. This rental also comes with a Dewey Beach parking pass, for nights you want to drive to town for dinner.
The (3) bedrooms are all located on the second floor. There is 1 queen and 2 full beds. There is a full bath upstairs in between the bedrooms. There is another half bath downstairs, and 2 outdoor showers.
Enjoy the enclosed back porch , where you can watch T.V. or read a book. Outside is a gas grill for your use. There is a firepit for your night time pleasure. I have a 4 weeknight minimum for weeknights (Sun thru Thurs) or a (2) night minimum on the weekends (Fri,Sat nights)

Perfect getaway

Pleasant Quiet street close to Dewey

Great option for a relaxing yet reasonably priced beach trip. First floor bathroom is awkward but that’s the only thing I can say about the place. Would go back👍

Great beach cottage

Beach was only about 5-10 minute walk. 2 outdoor showers really helped in getting everyone cleaned up after the beach.

Awesome beach stay

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting this little beach spot. The house was clean and it was walking distance to the beach which was amazing. The block is quiet and full of trees. Parking was a breeze, additional cars found street parking easily. We loved grilling outside and using the well equipped kitchen. Best of all, it was dog friendly for our pup! Please be aware that this property does NOT supply towels of any kind (including bathroom hand towels), bed sheets, shampoo/conditioner. Additionally the backyard area is a bit difficult to use as it is overgrown/mosquito-y. Overall this was a great property and I would absolutely stay here again!

Week in Dewey!

Robin's place was pretty much exactly as described. The house has a kind of odd layout and felt a bit like if your older aunt and uncle were letting you crash at their place for the week. :) The house has 3 main rooms downstairs - a front sitting room, a full kitchen with table for 6, and a back "florida room" with a couch and chair and TV. The "backyard" is in a bit of disrepair and outdoor furniture could us a cleaning, but it was so hot we didn't use the main backyard. There is a nice 6 person table right next to the house (side yard, right out the sliding door) and beat up but very usable grill all of which we used frequently. There is an outdoor shower which was nice. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a comfortable bed in each. Full bath upstairs and half bath "Harry Potter Closet" downstairs. AC was great and TV served its purpose. Kitchen is very usable and has everything you need to cook and eat. Its a bit of a hike to the beach when its hot but certainly not insurmountable. Probably 12-15 min? But is any "walk to a beach" really a problem? There is a cut through (head left out of the house and zig zag between the two lakes) so you do not need to walk on route 1 AND the house provided a beach push cart which made the walk a breeze. The house served its purpose & was exactly as stated. Remember to bring linens, towels and toilet paper. We were 4 people total and found that to be just the right size. Robin communicated via text very quickly and answered all of our questions. We would 100% stay here again. Thanks Robin!

Pet friendly property

Sometimes it’s difficult to find a place that accepts pets and the owner was very accommodating. The only downside was the back yard. A bit overgrown for our liking and we really couldn’t use it. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and the location. Great access to the beach.

Great location

This house was great and had everything we needed. There's a pass for parking at Dewey beach with one car and the remaining people we had just biked to the beach since we had two carseats in the car and couldn't fit everyone. The bike ride was perfect and could definitely be a long walk if you wanted. Perfect location, great place!

Close to all

we were there to celebrate my baby sisters graduation from her masters program and her getting married in less than 4weeks. We were close to the beach and any activity you wanted to do. There was enough space for 9 people to sleep comfortably and the outdoor shower was loved by all.

Very nice house and great neighborhood

This house was wonderful for our family of 5 adults and our black lab. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful for walking. It was a very short walk to the beach. The house was very nice and updated furniture compared to the pics. The outdoor shower and having a washer/dryer at the house was very useful during our stay. We will definately stay here again!

Thought the property was clean and well pictured when we got there. Grateful the pets were allowed. I was told there would be 2 dewey beach parking passes. I only had one. It was dated for 2020. I thought that maybe with the pandemic they would honor it. I needed up with a thirty dollar parking ticket which upset me a little. Us all the parking fees I paid after that. Otherwise stay was great. I didnt feel everything was within walking distance as stated.

Quiet neighborhood and dog friendly

Location was right in between Dewey and Rehoboth. 5 min drive to downtown Rehoboth. 4 min drive to Dewey restaurants and some were in walking distance. 10 min walk to the beach. Beach access was easy to find and not crowded. Furniture has been updated since pics were taken. Nice kitchen table. Fridge has also been updated since pics, has a water spout and ice machine. Back door was kind of difficult to open and close but we got used to it. We came in April so the outdoor shower wasn't turned on yet. Robin answered the phone right away and came same day to hook up the hose for us to clean off the dogs. Which worked out better than the outdoor shower. We would stay here again with the dogs.

Great location. Quiet area. Very private and nice neighborhood.

The house was the perfect location and size for our family. Pictures need to be updated. Newer furniture is in living room, kitchen and sunroom. Well stocked with dishes and cookware. Bring your own paper products. Beds were ok but could use new mattresses. Carpet needs cleaning. Robin was very nice and immediately corrected a couple of our issues. Our family would definitely stay here again.
