Located on the ground floor of the street Buade a very bright apartment, quiet and comfortable.

It consists of two separate rooms:
Fitst room : fully equipped kitchen with dining corner and bathroom
(shower, sink, washing machine & WC)
Second room : living room with lounge area (sofa, desk, TV and storage) and night area (double bed 140 X 190, bedside tables, chest of drawers)
Decoration in the spirit of Albi old with original beams and tiles and all the contemporary conveniences.
Economic heating in winter, very good insulation.
Ideal for exploring Albi or stay in the city for work.
THE owners will welcome you to advise you during your to stay.
Tourist tax charged by Abritel
To pay to the owner:
Deposit 150 €, returned at departure.
Consumption of water and electricity according to numbers on individual counters arrival and departure.
Summer service charges rate per week : 15 € / one 20 € / 2 persons
