Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master Suites with king beds and brand new cool sleep mattresses (as of 1/23), a safe, 26 Inch LCD TVs and 1 Master Suite with full beds no small twins and 20 Inch flat screen TV with built in DVD player. Our living room provides a sleeper sofa and an entertainment center including a 55 inch Hiko TV with DVD/VCR, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Going on vacation with family or friends? We have another town home right next door with the same deluxe accommodations.

Mother daughter trip

This is a nice property to stay at however we were very disappointed to see that the pool on our side of the resort was closed and we had to walk about 3/4 mile across a 4 lane highway to get to the available pool. Our access card didn't work for that pool and had to have someone let us in everytime. Despite that the rental was nice and clean.

Wedding weekend

The place is adequate. Light bulbs out, screen torn and one window did not have a screen. Did not have coffee filters and laundry detergent as listed. No clear directions on how to use the pool by publix. l let us in. Blender was dirty.

Orlando with family and friends

We had a nice, two nights at this property. Rooms are spacious and each with its own bathroom. Property was clean with white towels, all things needed for the kitchen. For stays longer that one/two nights, should bring own toiletries. Great location; close to the parks.

Felt like home!

My entire family said staying at this townhome was much more comfortable than staying at a hotel! After spending all day at Universal Studios it was nice for everyone to have their separate spaces to have a moment of silence. Also having 4 bathrooms was a HUGE bonus! The next time we go to Orlando we will be staying here again!

Quiet and close!

Stay was great. Property owner needs to visit seems like there is a lot of water damage. Something upstairs top floor definitely leaks into above stove in kitchen. Heater on bottom floor in utility closet also leaking - water damage in closet and along wall. You can hear dripping. Didn’t affect us unless there is mold we can’t see, but something owner definitely needs to look into! House was clean, we lived all the space and everyone had their own room and bathroom. Very secure and quiet area. Longest time it took to get to UniversAl was 13 minutes! No messing with the headache of I4!

Girls' Weekend Stay

Spacious and comfortable townhouse located close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Would definitely stay again. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was perfect for getting ready during our girls' weekend. FYI - the upstairs bath (in the two beds room) has an issue with the exhaust fan. Once turned on for a few minutes it becomes extremely noisy and has to be turned off.

A nice townhouse well supplied and comfortable. Plenty of space, nice to have bathrooms with bedrooms, we attended a trade show, it was nice to have space for all and near the OCCC. Bill was great to communicate with.

Zumba convention stay

This was our second stay here! We come every year for the Zumba convention and will continue to stay in this condo if it’s available. It’s very locally convenient and always very neat and clean.

great place to stay

We were down for dance awards at the Orange County Convention Center. Easy to get to the OCCC, in a matter of minutes. Several restaurants, Publix, Walgreens, all close. Short drive to Disney properties, ICON Park, and shopping. The pool is clean. The townhouse was nice. We were greeted with jazz music when we arrived at the townhouse. It had the basics pots & pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc., in the kitchen. It could use a deep dusting in the corners and vents. Suggestion for darkening blinds. Needed to call maintenance for rain coming in a window. Phone was answered and someone was over to check out our issue within minutes of the call. The trail around the pond we under construction so we weren't able to walk aIl the way around, but still saw several birds, ducks, geckos, and even a snake in the pond. I will definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again if we're in Orlando.

We so enjoyed our time! Everything was clean and close to so much to do in Orlando! My daughter has a severe animal fur allergy, and the owner was very kind to answer my questions. He let me know that no animal has stayed in this condo, and that is a hard thing to find these days! This is our second time in this condo, and we will be back!

Great place to stay with an awesome owner

We stayed here and the house next door for a show at the OCCC. Owner was amazing! He made the check-in and stay very easy. He was happy to answer any questions we had and make our stay great. On-site management was also very good. House was clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. The house has three stories, with kitchen on second level. You will need to be able to climb stairs to stay here. The house location was perfect and short walk to the OCCC, food, and the shopping centers. Nice community area and we all felt very safe. Overall, I would highly recommend!

Cheer trip

This was our 2nd stay at Vista Cay, and its been a great experience both times. The condo was great as well as the amenities. We would definitely stay again! Lots of room and privacy for all and just an overall nice place.

Very Nice Townhouse and resort

Great stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. Townhouse was beautiful. Received check in instructions and very easy to follow. Resort was nice as well, and plenty for the kids to do. When we come back, will for sure book again.

Convenient and comfortable

Our stay was due to activities at the Orange County Convention Center. The drive was 5-10 minutes, hardly any traffic, and very easy to I-4. The townhouse is as advertised and in a quiet area. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Excellent Location

The location was fantastic. Only 2 issues 1. The code sent for the door was inaccurate. Had to call the manager and 2 different codes were given. The 3rd code given was the one that worked 2. On the 5th day of my stay, Friday 6th someone opened the front door and entered the home. Luckily we were home at the time and when approached, he explained that he was given the code and the condo as his from the clubhouse. He then returned and found out that he was in #100 and not #101. Which seems odd as why both doors had the same code. Luckily they were very friendly and we were amicable in the situation. This is a scary scenario as we could have presumed they are burglars. Therefore, it seems there was a little mix up at check-in at the clubhouse. On a separate note, there is a significant issue with ants in the kitchen area. Any food item left on the counter tops were attacked by ants within minutes.
