SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM. Sunday to Sunday occupancy for cleaning schedule. Please make an inquiry first, do not book the property first, I will need to cancel it.
The house is occupied year round and rented only a few weeks in the summer. The weeks will be determined due to personal matters.
Centrally situated, three minute walk to beach or town.
Charming 4/5 bedroom two story house with two sun porches and 2 full baths, outdoor shower, huge kitchen with plenty of seating, closer to beach, quiet street. Bikes, scooters and grill. Large upstairs sun room with futon bed. Feel at home with all amenities. wifii, satellite TV, washer/dryer, linens/towels, chairs and umbrellas, and more. All new outdoor furniture and gazebo. Parties with abundant guests not permitted. All rooms have a/c.

Summer 2022

We vacation on Fire Island every summer and have stayed in many different homes. We loved the old charm mixed with modern essentials that this home offered.Audrey was wonderful, she checked in with us before arriving, while at the house and upon departure. We had a memorable family vacation and highly recommend this gem at Ocean Beach!

Relaxing Week

Awesome experience. Audrey was always available for any questions we had. The house was well supplied. It was nice that the house had beach chairs and bikes that we could borrow.

Perfect Fire Island Home

Had an amazing week in Fire Island at this home. Nicest kitchen of any fire island house I’ve been to. Central location In Fire Island - close to town and the ferry, super close to the beach. The house has a perfect Mix of new appliances and features with historic Fire Island charm. The house is super equipped with everything you need to have a great stay - Plenty of beach and shower towels, beach chairs and umbrella, new washer dryer, Spacious outdoor shower. Just awesome. Hope we can stay here again.

The best house on Fire Island!

Absolutely loved this property. Big enough for a good group of people to stay comfortably. Had an issue with plumbing at the end of the trip but luckily it did not effect much of our stay, and was taken care of quickly!

Nice house in nice location

House was great - it was nice to have large open living space on the first floor and all of the bedrooms upstairs- back deck was nice but a little old - great location in the middle of everything

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. Great location and great for families!

Everything you see in the pictures is just what it is. The house is charming and spacious. Very comfortable. Every appliance you could need. The property manager was totally easy to deal with and very accommodating. We texted quite easily our questions and she got right back to us. I would definitely rent the house again and look forward to visiting Fire Island agsin!!!!

Lovely beach house

Our family had a lovely stay at this perfectly located beach home. We were new to Fire Island and the home had almost everything you need for a beach vacation: lots of sleeping areas, a stocked kitchen and bath, and a good amount of water and sand toys to use. The downstairs does get a bit stuffy when humid and while there were plenty of fans, if you can't survive without central air, you might be uncomfortable on a humid day. The upstairs has AC's in every room so no issues there. It is an old home and has some quirks: a lock that doesn't work, a TV in a room I never figured out how to work, and some of the owner's personal effects about. But overall, we had a great week at the beach and the owner was very accommodating to our questions.

Great location, well maintained and perfect for families

This house is half a block from the beach and was great! In good condition and the owner was very communicative and nice. Especially ideal for kids. Big, nice kitchen to cook in, scooters, toys and little bikes available to use. It really had everything you could need, a big outdoor shower, umbrellas, beach chairs etc. Would highly recommend!

Loved this home. It was perfect for our family and had everything! Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, 6 bikes! One with a toddler seat!! Quiet block, south of mid-way, close to beach - perfect location!! The home is set up perfectly. The kitchen is beautiful with lots of seating and space, with a large deck in back. Front room is all windows with great views of the street and plenty of seating for night time card games. All 5 bedrooms are upstairs and air conditioned. The home owner made sure our stay was perfect. From the minute we arrived until we left. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this home.

Great house with many amenities, prime location and awesome host

I can't say enough good things about this house and the experience we had during the stay. It is a perfect location about half way between the beach and town, it had all the amenities you can ask for (for cooking, bathroom/shower, beach chairs, towels, outdoor comfort, etc). The rooms and and house in general was very clean and functional. Great back patio setup for outdoor BBQ'ing and lunch, and a spacious outdoor shower. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, cozy and charming “Harry Potter House”

This property is special! Cozy and charming, yet spacious. Beautiful kitchen, living room, 2 screened porches, great back deck with large table, and lounging area with couches. Outdoor shower is wonderful! Owner was so great to work with, so nice and professional. We were so sad to leave. Can’t wait to come back!
