Modern apartment located in sandy beachfront in Peniscola, resort between Barcelona and Valencia.

This apartment with 50 m2 terrace has beautiful views of the sea. It is part of the Edificio Ambassador, secure residence with community pool and elevator. It is situated in a quiet location but close to shops and restaurants.
Apartment ideal for families, young couples and retirees.

It has 2 bedrooms including a master suite with TV, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV with French, German, Spanish, English ... (sat), wifi Free, hifi.

In order to enjoy the view, to share a meal or rest, the terrace has been furnished with a living room, a table and chairs and two comfortable chairs.
The apartment is air conditioned or heated.

Secure private parking is available.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price and the cleaning will be done at end of stay.

Peniscola is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, sporting, cultural and festive. If you do not want to use your car during your stay, a bus stop is nearby.
You can also take the beautiful promenade leading to the bustling heart of the old city and for that, we are free at your disposal 3 adult bikes.

We offer 2 apartments for rent in the Ambassador residence sea front, apartment on the first floor and a penthouse (penthouse) on the sixth floor. Both properties have stunning views of the sea and the beach of Peniscola.

Schoonmaak had iets beter gekund. Glazen en douches waren niet schoon. In de afvalbakken zaten geen zakken. Schitterend terras.

exklusive Ferienwohnung

Wie es die Bilder schon zeigen: Einrichtung geschmackvoll, Ausstattung komplett. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Wir waren im März vor Ort, auch bei niedrigen Temperaturen funktionierte die Heizungs- und Klimaanlage perfekt. Einziges Manko waren die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnraum, Sofa und Couch(stoffbezogen) haben ihren komfortbereich überschritten. Ansonsten, wie gesagt, alles perfekt!

Fantastic location for a beautiful and unique modern condo

We have stayed in over 150 time shares and rentals in Europe and in the US and this property was one of the top outstanding locations. The fantastic covered balcony porch overlooking the sea was our primary location during the daytime. The temperatures in late October early November were in the 70s F almost every day. The apartment is well appointed for cooking, sleeping, but the outstanding outdoor facility with sofas, chaise, and a large table for eating and card playing with the tranquil view is unmatched in our experience. It was very helpful that I spoke some Spanish and use of Google Translate would be very helpful for those without a Spanish capability. Use of Whatapp with Pablo was our primary method of communication except when he met us for introduction to the condo features and security gates. A small leak in a bathroom reported to Pablo was repaired the next morning with the plumber quickly dispatched. Walking the Paseo Maritimo each day was wonderful. Late in the year most restaurants on the sea were closed, but we had a wonderful experience at the Los Olas outdoor bar/restaurant about 15 minutes walk south several times. Excellent seafood and sangria. Grocery stores are only minutes away in Benicarlo. Mercadona has the larger selection, with Eurospar good for many routine items. This was our 3rd trip to this wonderful seaside town. We did not meet any other English speakers and being surrounded by Europeans is always a special treat. Shopkeepers typically speak sufficient English. This rental was much superior to the timeshare or the other apartment rental in the area we had. before. I could live in that condo contentedly forever😊😊

Moderne Wohnung mit einem tollen Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand von Beniscarlo und ist ca. 4 KM von Peniscola bzw. der Burg entfernt. Da die Vermieterin 3 Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt hat und wir für uns ein viertes Fahrrad (pro Woche ca. 50€) ausgeliehen haben war es kein Problem, gemütlich am Strand entlang nach Peniscola zu fahren (ca. 15 Minuten). In Peniscola würde übrigens für die 6. Staffel Games of Thrones gedreht!! Pablo hat uns vor Ort sehr nett betreut. Zum Glück gibt es ja den Google Übersetzter da Pablo kein Englisch bzw. Deutsch spricht und wir kein Spanisch aber es hat sehr gut geklappt (danke nochmal fürs die Einstellung er Fernsehkanäle). Die Terrasse mit den direkten Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft - die Einrichtung der Wohnung top. Leider war allerdings die Sauberkeit (Küche / Geschirr) nicht Top - darum hier nur 3 Sterne aber wir haben kurz selber Hand angelegt und schon war alles in Ordnung). Die Klimaanlage war 1a und hat überhaupt keine Geräusche von sich gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Wohnung wieder nehmen und mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war professionell. Liebe Grüße aus Deutschland Familie Bialowons

Excelente apartamento al lado de la playa

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos.Su situacion es estupenda, en frente de la playa del norte y tambien muy cerca de Benicarlo. Siempre muy cuidado y limpio. Nosotros nos sentimos como en casa, cada vez que vamos. La terraza es incomparable y bien amueblada. El aparcamiento es seguro y si te gusta andar en bici te vas a olvidar que fuiste en coche. Un saludo a Nathalie y a Pablo.

We Stayed at the apartment over Christmas & well into January could not be much closer to the beach bikes was a big plus for us long bike paths both ends of the block supermarket within walking distance. The apartment was modern & clean beds were comfortable & well equipped disappointed there was no British TV other than news channels. The heating stopped working while we was there & some mobile heaters was supplied which was OK ? But hopefully if we return that time of year again we would see the benefit of the heating working. Meeting Pablo was no problem to collect keys and shown around the apartment, communication via google was excellent he was very helpful friendly. Regards Cyril & Ann
