Amelia Landings 3A is anchored down among beautiful oak trees, this lovely two bedroom, two-bathroom condominium is the perfect location for your next home away from home. Coming through the back door, enter into a coastal cottage featuring an open floor plan that allows its guest to enjoy the gorgeous back porch views upon first setting foot into the property!
Newly renovated floors and the serene paint colors in beachy blues and greys will leave you feeling peaceful and stress-free. The entire family can easily take pleasure in each other's company from room to room without separation. Bedrooms to either side and the kitchen opening up into the living room creates ample space for an open living area as well as some distance between bedrooms.
The living room is furnished with a comfy deep blue couch and love seat surrounding a flat screen TV. A white washed dining table seating 4 sits just off of the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Interactive entertainment can be shared throughout this entire property from the kitchen all the way to the back porch. The cook can keep an eye on the kids or entertain guest without ever having to leave the kitchen!
Across the living area lies the master bedroom with its own access to the large screened in porch. This beautiful airy bedroom features a queen bed and a flat screen TV. On the other side of the living room sits the second bedroom, which offers a queen bed and flat screen TV. Both bedrooms enjoy their own newly renovated bathrooms; the master with a tiled walk in shower and the second bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The vast canopy casts abundant shade throughout the exterior of the property and provides its guest a refuge from the summer sun after a long hot day at the beach. From the spacious screened back porch, vacationers can enjoy the relaxation of a cool shady breeze while enjoying the view of the properties flowing landscaping, free from pesky insects! The comfy couch and additional chairs make it easy for the whole family to enjoy the afternoon on this wonderful balcony.
