Nice apartment on the second and last floor 100 m from the beach, consisting of two bedrooms (1 for two and 1 for two / three people), a bathroom with toilet, a living room and a terrace with views on sea. Quiet area. Nearby shops and town center, the fishing port and the marina. All the decor has been redone in 2015. Kitchen redone in 2016. Double glazed windows laid in 05/2018. Many tenants have expressed the wish to come back next year. For the comfort of tenants, 5 people max.

Stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in October, short distance to the beach, 5 min to go to the shop, 15 min from the airport, there was nothing missing in the apartment, sunny terrace until the sun went down :) got a quick answer when I contacted the assistant if anything was not ok. We had a great time, will be happy to return, and recommend this apartment to others. When we were going home, tourist information in the city was helpful in booking a taxi to the airport, which must be booked 2 days before the return journey.

Nous avons beaucoup circuler. Torrevieja, Carthagène,Villaoyosa,Alicante et la plage à Arenales del sol, superbe sans trop de monde. Appartement très agréable. Cuisine super équipée. Commerce et plage à proximité. Pierre.

So, wie man es positiv erwartet.
Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sie bietet alle Voraussetzungen für einen entspannten und angenehmen Urlaub. Die Lage zum Strand ist optimal. Die Ausstattung in Wohnung incl. Küche ist insgesamt optimal und bietet kaum oder gar keine Kritikpunkte. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie der Betreuerin war super!

Practical Vacation Apartment in Santa Pola with Room for Minor Improvements
Title: Our stay in Georges Ruault's vacation apartment in May 2023 was overall a positive experience. The apartment largely matched the details in the advertisement and offered us a cozy home for the duration of our stay. One of the highlights of the apartment is undoubtedly the sunny balcony terrace where we spent several relaxing hours. The location of the apartment is excellent, quiet yet within immediate proximity to the beach and supermarket. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed - from kitchen utensils to washing and cleaning supplies to beach equipment. This significantly facilitated our stay and stands out positively from many other holiday apartments. In other apartments, one often has to completely restock things like dishwasher tabs or laundry detergents, which is quite uneconomical for a short stay. We also appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the landlord and the readily reachable property manager. Both were very accommodating and contributed to us feeling comfortable during our stay. Another plus point was the excellent internet quality, which should certainly be interesting for remote workers. However, there were also a few points that could use improvement. The air from the air conditioner in the room with the bunk bed always had a musty smell, which prompted us not to use it. This was also true for the heating mode on rainy days in the master bedroom. Fortunately, the temperatures during our stay were mostly pleasant, so we weren't reliant on the air conditioner and didn't further address this. The view of the sea, shown in the advertisement, was blocked by a new building, which occasionally led to slight construction noise. Also, the nearby beach section did not appeal to us, it was muddy and littered with washed-up greenery. However, a clean beach was less than 1 km away and easily reachable by foot, so we still got our beach experience. Another minor point was the bed cover, which apparently was too small and kept coming loose. Overall, we would still recommend the apartment despite these minor flaws. Mr. Ruault provides an all-round carefree package with the complete equipment of his apartment, and the benefits definitely outweigh the mentioned points of criticism. We would like to thank our host for the lovely time we were able to spend in the apartment.

Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour
Ce gite sympa est très bien agencé et bien situé pour découvrir la Costa Blanca. Nous avons apprécié tous les petits plus sur place - infos touristiques, équipements de la cuisine avec petits extras sympas comme produits de base (liquide vaisselle, sel, épices etc.). Le stationnement est facile dans la rue, le quartier est calme, l'orientation sud rend le logement lumineux. La proximité du supermarché est pratique. Le bord de mer est à quelques pas seulement. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci pour tout!

Muy limpio, Con tido lo necesario, incluso silkas y parasol de playa. Supermercado muy cerca, centro ciudad 2km andando. Playa (cala) 2 minutos. Los dormitorios un poco pequenos, algo claustrophobia, difixilmoverse en Ellos. Mucho tractor en lis armariis y vans. Buenos cuarto de bano. Cocina muy bien equipada. Lo mejor, la terraza, muy agradable. Apartamento encantador y muy comidi. Gracias Georges. Lo major la terraza, muy agreeable.

Very enjoyable stay
We stayed at the property for 3 weeks. It is very modern with all necessary amenities. The apartment is very close to all amenities and a very pleasant stroll to the Castilllo. The owners were always very quick to reply to any messages and were very helpful in all communications. I would stay here again.

Driekamer appartement vlak bij zee met mooi terras. Ca. 1,5 km vanaf centrum. Geen voorzieningen op het strand nabij appartement.

Muy bien equipado y muy limpio
Apartamento cercano a la playa, prácticamente en segunda línea; incluso desde la terraza se ve el mar. Nos sorprendió muy positivamente el nivel de equipamiento de la vivienda, pues tiene de todo (lavavajillas, lavadora, con no echamos en falta absolutamente nada). La terraza es muy agradable para comer/cenar. Nivel de limpieza máximo, que no es tan habitual cuando se alquila una casa. En Semana Santa (que es cuando estuve) se aparca sin problema en la calle, desconozco cómo de difícil se aparcará en verano. Tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos de 200m, lo cual está fenomenal. En mi opinión la única "pega" es el tamaño de cama de habitación principal, de 1,35m. Aunque en muchas viviendas sucede igual, personalmente no me agrada. Y un último detalle: el propietario (reside en Francia) te envía las llaves por correo, a tu propio domicilio, pero exige lo mismo, con lo cual la devolución de llaves tiene un coste (yo lo hice por correo certificado, a algo más de 6 euros). Simplemente creo que debe avisarse.

Idéalement placé (proche de la plage, du supermarché, à seulement 15 minutes de l’aeroport d’Alicante), cet appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable à vivre !! Tout est là pour passer des vacances très réussies !!

Proprietaires sympathiques (nous avons deja loue aussi a.St Cyprien ) Location sur un boulevard (un peu bruyant cote salle le we et le soir vers 20h). Sinon ville sympa a 10 mn a pied et supermarché a 150 m. Envie de revenir

Casa bellissima con una vista pazzesca
È stata una bellissima vacanza. L'appartamento era pulito e ricco di ogni comfort, dagli elettrodomestici ai detersivi. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro commerciale mercadona. Se dovessimo ritornare a Santa Pola contatteremo nuovamente il signor Ruault perché è stato preciso e gentilissimo.

Superbe séjour
Salle d"eau refaite à neuf en octobre, après la cuisine il y a un an. Avons apprécié les déjeuners sur la terrasse. Soleil quasi permanent en novembre. Avons fait découvrir Santa Pola et la région à nos amis. Vivement le prochain séjour dans l'appartement.

Bel appartement bien situé
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en famille. L'appartement est très bien situé : proche de la plage, des commerces, restaurants, ... Terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Interieur de l'appartement très bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Merci aux propriétaires vraiment très sympas. Nous reviendrons je l'espère !
