Cittadina curata e ben organizzata per accogliere i turisti in vacanza.
Poca conoscenza del mestiere da parte di chi affitta, box auto troppo piccolo per un audì A6, per non ammaccare la carrozzeria contro la parete in cemento uscivo dal finestrino dell’auto, ingestibile.
Superbe séjour avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Facilités de déplacement grâce au bus ou au TER.Très bon accueil et conseils du gérant !

Appartement conforme à l’annonce, propre, vaste et bien placé, proche plages, commerces, restos, trains et bus bien pratiquent pour visiter la région. La voiture est restée dans le box. Nous avons passés d’excellentes vacances, à refaire dès que possible.

Well equipped, excellent positioning (15 mins) walk from beaches and main shops. Very clean.
The flat was excellent, we have 2 children aged 4 & 7 and managed easily in this flat. I enjoy cooking and found most of the equipment was supplied. The kitchen itself was very new and although the induction hob took a bit of getting used to there were instructions provided (although all in French). This is our 4 th time in Beaulieu and we continue to find new restaurants and things to do. Very easy to get into nice via bus or train. The main suggestion to improve would be to have Wi-fi, however it is possible to buy a subscription through one of the local providers for relatively good value, although the signal can be variable. Overall I would thoroughly recommend, the check in and out was also excellent and very flexible.

Séjour agréable dans un appartement bien aménagé à 10 minutes des commerces..
Ce séjour de 2 semaines nous a permis de faire de nombreuses promenades sur la presqu'île du Cap Ferrat, à Villefranche et jusqu'au Cap Martin en bus très fréquents. L'aménagement de l'appartement est moderne et très complet pour la cuisine et la salle de douche. Une amélioration du confort du canapé serait appréciée. L' immeuble est bien tenu et propre et le correspondant sur place très serviable et attentionné.

Very disappointing.
Exceptionally poor service from the manager and owner, resulted in us having to pay a substantial sum unnecessarily and losing half a day until someone turned up to resolve problems caused by manager.
Balcony overlooks noisy, busy main road. Not suitable for sitting out on. Rear balcony looks onto a row of garages. Bathroom very cramped. Sofa and chairs uncomfortable. Mattress cover not recently been washed. Very disappointing.
