Une maison agréable proche de la vallée de la Dordogne

Maison bien équipée avec climatisation et accès à la piscine, essentiel pour passer de bonnes vacances dans le Périgord ! Tout était très propre. Marie Josèphe est très agréable et arrangeante.

Fantastisch

Wij hebben twee weken genoten van dit mooie huis in een fijne omgeving. Het huis was heel schoon, voorzien van airco, goed werkende wifi en alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Het zwembad is fantastisch. Daar hebben wij dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. De gastvrouw is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Achteraf beschouwd hadden wij nog graag een week langer willen blijven.

Great base for exploring the Dordogne

Enjoyed the pool, great location with close proximity to hire kayaks in Veyrignac. Also made use of the bicycles. Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation with A/C in living room/kitchen area.

Notre séjour etait parfait : le logement est spacieux, bien équipé, et nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du grand terrain a volonté. Marie-Josephe et son mari sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Perfect relaxing stay

Our Sat Nav took us directly to MarieJoseph bungalow, her property is adjacent. The property sits in some 2 acres of land to grass/fruit trees and is secluded. Marie was on hand to welcome us and showed us round the property and we settled in. It was a very peaceful, relaxing location but only some 20 minutes from Sarlat and many small villages/restaurants . Our stay was for 2 week's and although the weather in the first week was chillier than we expected it was perfectly acceptable. There is a patio/gazebo perfect for breakfast / early afternoon then the sun is on the front patio. for a later bbq. The property was very well equipped with quality appliances, SMEG, Miele, Webber bbq and a 3 burner gas bbq if required, abundance of crockery and utensils. Marie-joseph is on hand to help but unobtrusive, she kindly phoned a local restaurant for us, as we always get in a mess when making phone bookings! The property is perfect for a tranquil holiday, but plenty of places to visit within a short drive if required.

Ruim en schoon huisje in een heel rustige omgeving. Wifi niet altijd beschikbaar. Ideaal om tot rust te komen. Nauwkeurige en vriendelijke gastvrouw die haar gasten hun gang laat gaan. Kortom : prachtige vakantie gehad.

Super séjour dans une bien belle region

La maison est très confortable, avec tout le confort. Un petit bémol pour la réception télé mais les propriétaires font installer une parabole qui devrait régler les pbs. Rien ne manque dans cette maison dans un environnement très calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Satisfaisant

Maison assez spacieuse, terrain vaste mais non clôturé et visité par les chiens des voisins. Wifi instable, très difficile de travailler à distance dans ces conditions, mieux vaut avoir un forfait internet en 4G. Les chaînes de télé sont aléatoires, toutes les chaînes de la TNT ne sont pas reçues. Les literies sont confortables et en bon état. La climatisation dans la pièce de vie est un plus surtout avec les fortes chaleurs. La piscine chez les propriétaires (devant leur maison) dont on peut profiter est agréable, il ne faut pas être gêné par la trop grande promiscuité. Néanmoins, les propriétaires sont discrets. L’ensemble est satisfaisant, la maison est bien équipée (frigo américain), mais certaines installations mériteraient d’être remises en état par des professionnels. Situation géographique intéressante,Sarlat à 10 minutes et plusieurs villages et sites proches à voir.

Excellentes vacances

Nous venons de séjourner durant 15 jours au gîte Le petit Bal, tout est au top ! Tout d abord un gîte très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut : très propre, literie confortable, équipement de qualité (la clim est un plus lors de ces grosses journées de chaleur, une piscine très bien entretenue avec bains de soleil et parasols à disposition) La Dordogne est une région superbe où toutes sortes de visites peuvent être réalisés : randonnées, visites de châteaux, jardins, sortie canoë Des propriétaires très sympathiques, accueillants et à l'écoute de nos besoins Notre chienne a pu profité de ses premières vacances au frais avec la climatisation ainsi qu'en extérieur sur le grand terrain offert pour ce gîte ! Bref vacances formidables à renouveler avec plaisir ! A bientôt Justine et Stephane

Location neuve, spacieuse, au calme avec des équipements de grande qualité. Propreté irreprochable. Grand terrain idéal pour les enfants. Bien située par rapport aux centres d'intérêt à proximité. Proprietaires sur place, reactifs en cas de problème. A noter internet par CPL capricieux, dépendant de la stabilité du réseau Orange mais réseau 4G Bouygues et sosh accessibles permettant de compenser.

Très beau séjour

Le logement était conforme à la description. Tout était en bon état de fonctionnement. L'emplacement du logement est vraiment agréable (en pleine campagne, belle vue, très calme, pas de vis à vis). La piscine était très agréable aussi, bien entretenue, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (douche, transat, parasols...). Il y aussi un grand jardin pour les enfants, avec terrain de pétanques. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et sûrement à une prochaine fois !

Location au calme, très propre et proche de nombreux sites touristiques. Très bonne accueil. Toutes les précautions dues à la crise sanitaires ont été prises avec la propriétaire. La pièce à vivre est très agréable, lumineuse, spacieuse et climatisée. La piscine chauffée est très propre avec de nombreux transats confortables. De nombreux chemins de promenade à côté de la maison. Et la Dordogne assez proche. Location à conseiller vivement.

super séjour

très belle location neuve, très propre nous la recommandons et nous gardons cette adresse car nous avons passé une belle semaine dans le calme et non loin des commerces et des lieux touristiques très claire de par ces deux baies vitrées intéressant par apport à la saison automnale propriétaires sympathiques à l'écoute de ses vacanciers et disponibles et surtout très discrets (petit hic le canapé vieillot plus très confortable l'été pas très grave mais en cette saison on l' apprécie )

Excellent gite !

Nous avons une bonne pratique des gites et nous pouvons dire tout le bien que nous pensons de celui-ci. Tout est bien pensé pour un séjour confortable : la distribution des pièces l'état général excellent et propre l'électro ménager de grande marque le calme et la piscine bien reposante l'excellent accueil des propriétaires et leur disponibilité Bref à recommander sans hésitation sans oublier la situation géographique qui permet de rayonner sans faire trop de km.
