Only issue was the door doesn't really lock. I did get a code for door but regardless of that you just push the schlage button and the door unlocks. Everything else was great, would stay again
Our family really enjoyed the chance to stay in a home in Moab while we explored the area. It's a quaint house and was very comfortable. While only one bathroom, there was plenty of space to enjoy as well as a nice outdoor area and fire pit.
Great parking for the trucks, trailers and our offroad toys. Close to Hells Revenge and Fins and Things
Older home, cramped bathroom, air conditioner upstairs takes while to cool down. Priced right and would stay here again.
All was great except a smell in the kitchen. Was unable to determine the source but smelled like sewer backup. It was not tremendously strong and one would get used to it quickly and not notice it. Yet when you come in from outside you might get a whiff of it again. Just mentioning this so the owner can seek to correct the small problem.
My first choice when staying in Moab. Everything about this place makes it better than a hotel (in my opinion). Communication with Deb is always great. Can't wait for the next trip.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Perfect house and accomodations. Be aware of area!
Accommodations were as advertised. Ammenities were many. Outside of house with patio and campfire area were great.
However, no mention was made that within 100 yards or less of the house was the major traffic route through town. Constant traffic. A Taco place and a brew place were less than 60 yards directly from front door. All could be seen and heard day and night. Nice campfire place but still all of that traffic was distracting.
Additionally, as we were eating supper on the patio one evening a tractor and trailer drove behind the house not 20 yards away. One morning at 0800 the neighborhood business next door brought in 5-plus truckloads of sand and shale. Our bad luck I presume.
We would not stay here again because of the noise and many distractions AND no mention of what visitors can expect.
The farmhouse was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out, the laundry room/mud room was nice to have. It was convenient to downtown Moab. My only issues with it was the road noise and how hard it was to cool the upstairs. Also, there were no outlets upstairs and the stairs were quite steep. Overall, a good place to stay.
Perfect place for us to stay during our MTB trip to Moab. Perfectly clean and comfortable. It’s set back off the road. I would stay here again without hesitation.
Love this house and look forward to staying again. Perfect location. We ride all day then come back to the house and have a 1 mile drive to great food. The back patio is perfect for hanging out too.
Easy communication, easy to find, handy for Moab , great space. One bathroom could be a challenge for a big group.Kitchen well stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Great storage space . Reposive hosts.
Clean and comfy with a warm gas fire place. Perfect after a January raft trip on the Moab Daily. Close to town, easy everything. Would absolutely stay here again!
This property was perfect for our stay in Moab. The location couldn't be better. Restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations within a mile. The parking lot has more than enough space for multiple fifth wheels, toy haulers or trailers. Great outdoor space with horse shoe pits, fire pit, and grill. The property was clean, both inside and out. There were only three of us, so the interior space was fine. Might get crowded if you are looking for space enough for multiple families. But one family or a few couples won't have any trouble. Communication with the property manager was great. Easy check-in/check-out process. Will definitely be at the top of the list for our next stay in Moab.
The Farmhouse fit our needs for camper parking spaces and room to relax after biking and hiking. The house was not fancy but clean and well equipped. The outdoor covered patio and grill were big enough to handle our group. We would stay here again.
Wide open privacy. Perfect staging for all acrivities
Newly equipped. Plenty of room for trailers and UTV's with spacious double access to the road. Close to everything yet very private. The carport houses 2 tables, grill, etc located behind the house offering perfect privacy. Very cute and efficient home. I like the sitting area by the tree line with open fire ring. If we came back to Moab we'd look for this place again. We drove through the community and really didn't see anything that could accommodate our trailer and preference for privacy. No neighbors to hear us or hear them :-)
We were greeted every day by 4 deer who liked hanging out behind the house at the edge of the trees. We could ride the UTV to the local trail heads. Very cool experience and stay
Our time there was not long enough is my only complaint! LOL. One heads up I can give is to take a couple power strips and extension cord for upstairs. Only one outlet for all of upstairs. No complaint, just a heads up. Dollar store right across the street if you are in need. Can not beat this spot.

The Robinson's moved to Moab in 1969 to manage a hotel. Eventually they bought the hotel and raised their family here. What a great experience and an awesome place to live!! They eventually bought the farmhouse and totally renovated it. And now I get to manage it for them!
Why they chose this property
We just love the classic farmhouse and the location. The views of Moab Rim to the west are fantastic. The LaSal mountains are visible to the south and east.
What makes this property unique
The big covered porch is a great place for family and friends to gather in the afternoons and evenings. It's close to town but the trees in the back give the property a private feel.
