For those who love the sea and the beach
The first floor, facing the beach and the sea, is bright and has a large terrace (10-sq.m.), two well laid out rooms, and is fully renovated and refurbished in 2014. Nearby, you will find shops and restaurants; the city centre is 5-minutes away by foot. Air conditioning and heating are available. The entrance has a large cupboard/wardrobe. The living room opens onto the terrace with a new sofa bed (140cm), excellent bedding, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and phone, an extensible table and shelves. One bedroom with terrace access and sea view, 140 cm folding bed to have more space during the day, flat screen TV, and foldaway table. Fitted kitchen with oven, induction hobs, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, dinnerware and new kitchen appliances, large storage spaces. The bathroom offers a shower, and separate WC. Terrace with table, chairs, armchairs, and electric shutter. A personalised welcome, bed and bathroom linen are included. Minimum stay of 7 days. Avoid the traffic jam and book from Sunday to Sunday.
