Laterra Resort & Spa offers guests a true resort vacation experience-The Spa on the lobby level offers massage,manicure,pedicure and hair salon services-The on site resort style pool is heated in the winter for year around enjoyment-adjacent to the pool and fountains is the heated Jacuzzi type spa for your relaxation-The on site fitness center is part of the spa and requires a nominal guest fee-Laterra is located behind the security gates of the King & Bear golf club which is staffed 24/7 at the gate and also offers roving security-The elevator access to your condominium is by key card only-guests have access to the golf clubhouse both for play and food and beverage-open daily breakfast/lunch and dinner on Friday and Sunday-The top floor location of the condo offers a balcony with conservation area views-the large kitchen has granite counters and custom cabinetry along with high end appliances-dishes,cookware and accessories provided-2 televisions with Comcast highspeed wireless internet-local & long distance phone service-washer and dryer in unit-8 minutes to St. Augustine Outlet Mall-15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine-20 minutes to beach-25 minutes to the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville offering numerous high end restaurants and dining optons-Publix Super Market just across the street from the King & Bear entrance
