About this property

This recently updated, bright, sunny, and cheerfully decorated home sits on a half-acre corner lot on a quiet, tree-lined street just several minutes drive from beaches, with easy access to local supermarkets, pharmacy, and Mashpee Commons. Everything in the home is new, including the windows, hardwood floors, appliances, and even the mattresses! The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. There are three ample bedrooms with 2 queen beds, two twin-size trundle beds, and luggage racks.
In the family room you will find a large L-shaped leather sofa and a comfortable futon.
Wi-fi, two flat screen TVs are provided. Ultra HD Smart TV in the family room has built-in Roku. Both TVs are streaming only (no cable) and guests may log into their own paid streaming accounts.
There is an outdoor shower and a large deck with gas grill and seating.
Beach chairs and beach towels are available for our guests’ convenience.
The one car garage and driveway will fit 2-3 cars.

The house has an outdoor security camera. There are no surveillance devices inside the house in areas accessible to house guests.

The maximum house occupancy is six persons per stay with a limit of no more than five adults (adult is 18+ years old).

We strictly prohibit smoking and recreational drug use in the house and on the property.

During the peak summer season, we rent full weeks only, Saturday to Saturday.

Great property - definitely recommend

This little house is adorable and had plenty of room. The description doesn't do justice, especially to the huge finished basement! It was clean, and the most well stocked house I've ever rented. Very quiet location. Having umbrella and beach chairs was awesome. Close to everything we needed and nice to have driveway big enough to have 2 cars. Would recommend to all visitors, and hope to stay again.

Great week on Cape Cod!

We had such a fantastic week on Cape Cod! The house was spotless and quickly became our home away from home for the week. The newly finished basement was a huge plus for our family, as we enjoyed spending many movie nights down there. The hosts were very responsive as well. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

What an amazing stay. It was easy to book and home was very clean. Staying here was so comfortable we felt at home. The location was great to catch a Kettlers game and very close for us to visit family just a few villages over.

Cape Cod Dream Vacation

This rental was perfect for four "young" seniors who aren't used to traveling w/o spouses. The neighborhood was very peaceful, the house was very clean and spacious. We would recommend these accommodations to anyone who doesn't need to be in the midst of the city. It was easy enough for us to get around in our rental car to the things we wanted to see & do. Texts to the owners with questions were answered right away. Enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

Cotuit is a gem

We just attended a wedding on the Cape last weekend. I wanted to stay close to my best friend (mother of the groom). Lucky me there was a house for rent right down the street from her. The house was beautifully appointed. It was everything we needed and more. I will be back when we have more time.

An excellent choice

The house is exactly as pictured. Charming and comfortable for 6 people. Finished basement that adds an extra full bath (for a total bath count of 2 1/2) and family room. Very well stocked with towels, kitchenware, beach chairs/umbrellas and all of the day to day essentials. The location is centrally located between Boston and Provincetown. Average drive time of 20-30 minutes to reach most of the towns/villages on the Cape. The neighborhood is well maintained, quiet and safe. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations within a few minutes of the home. The hosts are wonderful! They are clearly thoughtful about setting up the house to meet their visitors needs. Communication was excellent from booking all the way through to check out. I would 100% recommend this property.

A beautiful escape

Perfect family house in quiet neighborhood

We are a family of 4 and stayed here for a week this summer. The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and a short drive to a number of beaches. The home owners were great to communicate with and we had no problems checking in or out. I highly recommend this house!

Graduation Vacation

Our family vacation was celebrating 4 college graduates. So to walk into the house and see Balloons and a dessert waiting for us was a classy detail. This was consistent proof of timely and excellent communication from the owners to us. Since we had flown in, we valued the towels, beach towels, beach chairs and accessories. The house’s many places to relax gave everyone their own space and ease of coming and going. As we shared on the final night what some of our favorite vacation things were, we all agreed that the house was one of our favorite things. Thank you for sharing such a nice place for my family. Excellent family vacation home

We are a family of five and found this house very comfortable for our needs. Very clean. Kitchen and bathrooms have recently been done over. Kitchen well stocked. Basement refinished making a very large comfortable area. Very quiet neighborhood-short distance to Loop Beach. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Responded to all our inquiries quickly. Would highly recommend this home for rental.

Excellent mid-Cape vacation home!

We simply loved our week on the Cape in this beautiful home. Close to 28 for easy access to everything. Nearby beaches were fantastic (Craigville Beach for large family get together and Loop Beach for small local feel). Great dinner on the outdoor grill and our two 18 year olds took over the downstairs as their own hangout (tv/sleeping). Well stocked and super clean! Larisa and Boris were great hosts! Overall an excellent choice!

Amazing property!!!

I travel the country for work and stay at VRBO properties everywhere and this was one of the best places I've stayed. It is very clean and well maintained. The owners are very accommodating and were willing to answer any questions we had. It is better than described when you see it in person. The house met all of our needs and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Vacation Home
