Love Portofino

The unit was excellent, just as described in the listing. Host was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Unit had everything we needed, wagon, beach toys and chairs were a huge plus for us. We love Portofino and have stayed there before, beautiful resort. We love that you are so close to both ocean and bay side. Would definitely look into this unit in future trips

Great location, home like feel

We love this area of Pensacola. This condo is so beautiful and comfortable and has everything we needed. The pools and amenities are so nice. This was part of a longer vacation and we didn’t want to leave!

Beach vacation with family

Beautiful views and close to the beach and bay for fun! Loved watching the dolphins play in the bay from the balcony while enjoying our morning coffee.

Relaxing vacation

We had a great time at the condo. We enjoyed the pool and community center everyday. All staff were friendly and the elevator in the condo was fast! All areas of the resort and condo were clean.

Perfect Place to Enjoy the Beach

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, with easy beach access, all kinds of things to do on property, and easy access to all the activities on the main strip. Loved that it was also not too crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and some toys on hand was an added bonus.

Great property! When the weather is a bit cool or rainy there is an indoor pool & the outdoor pools are heated! Bay side beach & gulf side beach, so you can mix it up! Plenty of space inside & amazing bay view from the condo.

Fabulous condo! Portofino never disappoints!

Great unit with a fully stocked kitchen. It sleeps 7 adults comfortably. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Awesome bay view with a great sunset view. Kids enjoyed the Adventure package, and the lifestyle pool is always fun with the bar and food service. Can't wait until we return!

Perfect Getaway

Our family visited Pensacola for spring break, and the condo was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the view of the water and the very easy access to activities. We could have stayed at the condo all week and never ventured out because there was so much to do. We loved the pool areas and all the amenities. We would definitely come back.

Happily Satisfied!

We had the absolute best time in our condo for the week! The condo (and entire property) was so clean, everyone was so friendly and the condo had so many extra little perks that made the stay so much easier (sand wagon and chairs and shovels!) I’d highly recommend a stay here as it was everything we could have imagined and asked for plus more!! We cannot wait to come back!! ☀️🌊⛱️

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first time in Pensacola Beach and we had a great time!! We have already recommended not only the beach but the Portofino Towers as well! What a magnificent place to be! Friendly staff, easy to get around, great beach access and stunning views! This specific condo was great! Met our needs perfectly. Great Experience

We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. The condo was as advertised, check-in process was a breeze, and owners were always available for any issues or questions, of which we had none. Beach access from Tower 5 was just a short walk and condo had any beach amenities you may need from chairs to toys to umbrella. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and we would be be sure to check availability on this condo should we ever travel back to Portofino.

Although we have just bought this property,, we co own it with a seasoned professional veteran of the vacation rental market... Bud Picou has owned since 2006 and fully manages the property with us!~ He also owns 1003 in tower 5.

We LOVE going to Uncle BUD's condo every year and decided to buy one along with him,, so we could come MORE OFTEN!~ We LOVE the Emerald Coast!~

This unit was furnished towards families with lots of kiddos or traveling with grandparents ,,, that does not want to waste the extra money for a 3 bedroom unit!~ It has a King bed in the master(sleeps 2 adults),,, A queen sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2),, an oversize chair sleeper(sleeps 1) in the living room,,, and a set of Bunks with bottom bunk being a full( SLEEPS 2 Children,, top bunk( 1 Child) and a Queen/Full bed (sleep2 adults)for a total of 2 adults and 3 children ,in the second bedroom,, for a total of 10 total in the unit, if need be !~
