White Sand Cottage #501 "Life's A Beach House!" This bright happy home will definitely put you into a vacation state of mind from the time you enter. Whether you are looking for a place to have morning coffee (Keurig and coffeemaker) or afternoon cocktails you have a plethora of options.

The roof top observation deck offers outstanding views in all directions as well as a good place for the sun seekers among you to catch some rays. There are covered decks on both the south and west sides of the 1st floor living area. The living area, dining area and kitchen are all open, and ideally designed for entertaining and family time together. The main level of the home also has one bedroom with a queen bed which shares a bathroom with the living area. The second floor of the home houses the master bedroom with king bed, en-suite bath and balcony access as well as a bedroom with two twin beds, en-suite bath and balcony access.

There is a dune walkover 30' to the west of the property providing super easy beach access. This home offers garage parking for two vehicles and additional parking on the south side of the home for one vehicle. The biggest challenge that guests of this home will experience is forcing themselves to leave on departure day.

Great house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! We appreciated being able to bring our dog and the dog beach is only a mile away. This house has a hose set up outside so you can wash off your beach toys and shoes before coming inside. This is probably the cleanest house that we have ever rented. We enjoyed eating outside on the porch and we saw the Blue Angels fly by on their return to Pensacola on Sunday. The ease of getting to the beach on the boardwalk is unmatched! Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful location with super easy (and close) access to the beach.

We’ve rented a few properties in Perdido Key and Pensacola, and this is our favorite! The addition of a small side yard made it so easy with pets. We loved the three floors worth of balconies with a view of the dunes and the Gulf. It was comfortable, relaxing and exactly what we wanted for vacation. Plus the management company were easy to work with and even gave us a lovely and unexpected swag bag. What a fun surprise!

Bright, Fresh, and Airy

Only the second trip to Pensacola Beach, this house was well-equipped, clean, bright and fresh. Easy access to all porches and much-appreciated kitchen equipment-stainless steel pots and cast iron pan. Problems with internet connection and wi-fi, but we should have contacted the management company. Beach chairs and toys are in the garage, along with one usable bike ... we rented bikes beforehand from The Fun Store. Enjoyed this end of the island for easy running and biking on paths, as well as easier access to the bay, the parks, and Fort Pickens ... quieter and nicer. No real yard or easy area for the dog, but made do. Grocery shopping off the island is a necessity. Used Publix and Walmart Market on Gulfbreeze. Prefer direct beach access/view, but the house otherwise was perfect.

We loved the wrap around decks, especially the widows walk for sunsets and sunrise yoga. We also enjoyed being able to bring along our little bulldog. All appliances were working and the entire house was very clean. The only suggestion is to upgrade the Wi-Fi as connections were unreliable at best. WE WILL BE BACK!

We loved being able to bring our dog along. The house is very family-style, lots of photos, artwork and cute sayings on every inch of the walls, very fun! Was happy to have a couple boogie boards for the kids to use. Only recommendation would be the upstairs master bedroom to have the white blinds like the rest of the house. The bamboo shades were transparent-so bring a sleeping mask:) Thanks for opening your home to renters!

Great beach access, amazing view from the decks, 1 mile walk to the shops and restaurants and even closer to Peg Leg's. The house was fine but a bit dated. The interior was in better shape than the exterior. Most of the outdoor lights were burnt out, garage door openers don't work, gate is rusted and a lot of exterior touchup is needed (rusting garage doors, rusted gates, etc). Non of this prevented us from having a good time but for the price, I was expecting better conditions of the property.We did have one issue that I raised with the property management and they addressed it immediately. Very responsive and very easy to work with.

Perfect Getaway Home!

Kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs! There were only the two of us and our boxer - so we only used the upstairs master bedroom and bath! It was nice to be able to take the dog downstairs to the small fenced area for morning "duties" without leaving the property! Dog beach is about a mile away and a great place to take the pooch for some water and sand time - be sure to take your own water as there is NO fresh water available! Icing on the cake....the Blues flyover on Sunday from the upper deck was outstanding. We also enjoyed the fireworks from the Boardwalk from the upper deck! ONE suggestion....trim palm trees out front as they are scraping on the front bedroom windows and side of the house and would probably be very annoying for those trying to sleep in there!

The home is very comfortable and well stocked and appeared to have been recently renovated. Loved the views from the “crow’s nest” of both the gulf and the sound side and we definitely took advantage of the large balcony for Happy Hour to watch the beautiful sunsets! Only negatives are the extremely small dining table that seats only 4 even though there is plenty if room for a larger table seating 6-8. Also the Wifi connection desperately needs to be upgraded. Throughout most of our stay the signal was so week that we could not access the internet on our laptops and tablets! Aside from that, the location is perfect for access to restaurants and The Boardwalk. And the friendly agents at the realty office made check-in and out, quick and easy!

Wonderful Location!

Just a short stroll down the boardwalk across dunes to white sandy beaches. Loved the wrap around balcony, good kitchen, dog run, and 2 outdoor showers. Roomy bedrooms and great views!
