In the center of PORTO-VECCHIO, on a plot of 1500 m2, recent building (built 2010) welcoming 4 storeys with sea and mountain views. Elevator and parking space. Functional, comfortable and modern studio. Quality equipment: air conditioning, fitted kitchen, ceramic hob with 2 burners, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV. Very bright living room with double sofa bed, open kitchen. Modern and practical bathroom: large shower with WC. Covered terrace of 12 m2 not overlooked (with garden furniture, deckchairs and plants). Studio ideally located in Porto-Vecchio: close to supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bars ... You also benefit from a free electric shuttle every 20 minutes at the foot of the building which distributes the city center. 5 mins walk from the marina and historic city center, 25 mins from Figari Sud Corse airport, 20 mins from the Ospédale forest, 50 mins from Aiguilles de BAVELLA. Also close to the main beaches of the region (St Cyprien, Cala Rossa, Bénédettu, Pinarello, Palombaggia, Santa Giulia ...).

Monolocale pulito e confortevole

Appartamento ideale per una coppia, molto pulito e dotato di tutto ciò che può servire durante un breve soggiorno. Bella e spaziosa terrazza per consumare i pasti e rilassarsi la sera. Ottimo il servizio navetta gratuito per il centro di Porto Vecchio con fermata proprio davanti all'appartamento (il centro si può raggiungere anche a piedi in 10 minuti ma la strada è in salita). Parcheggio privato sempre disponibile. Molto comodo il supermercato Leclerc che si trova a due passi dall'appartamento. Le più belle spiagge della zona sono raggiungibili molto facilmente... Soggiorno perfetto!

Posizione ottima per centro storico (5 Min a piedi) e per il porto (15 min a piedi). Appartamento moderno, ideale per una coppia, con comodo balcone per cenare. Le foto dell'annuncio corrispondono al vero. Proprietario cordiale e gentile, un po' di difficoltà nella comunicazione in quanto parla solo francese. Alloggio consigliato!!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Korsika und sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung in Porto Vecchio. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, toller Balkon! Von hier aus konnten wir diese schöne Gegend prima erkunden , ob in den Bergen oder die wunderschönen Buchten. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir würden sehr gern wieder kommen! Grüße von Steffi und Adrian

Super séjour

Nous avons séjourné dans ce studio durant 4 nuits. Sa situation centrale, à 10 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville, la jolie terrasse pour prendre nos repas et la modernité des lieux nous ont permis de passer un très bon moment.

Excellente location

Appartement très propre et un accueil parfait. Monsieur Marchetti est très sympathique, arrangeant et professionnel. Le logement est proche du centre ville de Porto-Vecchio et accessible en navette électrique au pied de l'immeuble. Vue dégagée de la terrasse magnifique. Le lieu est très et nous recommandons cet endroit pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Au plaisir de revenir!

Voyage parfait en tout point !

Nous sommes partis en couple et nous sommes ravis de notre voyage ! L'appartement était vraiment bien aménagé, très propre, design, ensoleillé, climatisé et surtout très bien placé, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre de Porto-Vecchio. Christian a été adorable de notre demande d'information à la fin de notre séjour, avait laissé une multitude de cartes de restaurants et d'activités dans l'appartement pour que nous n'ayons pas a faire de recherches, et était surtout très soucieux du bon déroulé de notre séjour. Je recommande à 100% !

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec de bonnes explications de la région prestation du studio exceptionnelle vue magnifique sur la montagne avec un clin d’œil sur la mer. L'appartement est conforme aux photos que le propriétaire a mis sur Abritel, le canapé convertible est très confortable et facile à manier , pas de mauvaises surprises bien au contraire, l'appartement est bien situé, près des grandes surfaces, des autres commerces et proche des plus belles plages. J'ai apprécié également la batterie de vaisselle car bien souvent cela laisse à désirer dans les locations. Le propriétaire est très sympathique, nous communique les endroits à visiter, les restaurants et il est très accessible si besoin. Je recommande cette location et je n'hésiterai pas à relouer.

Studio idéal pour profiter de la région

Le studio est vraiment joli et très fonctionnel. La terrasse est très agréable pour les apéritifs et repas après une bonne journée à la plage. A deux pas du logement, il y a tous les commerces nécessaires. De plus le studio est idéalement placé pour rejoindre aussi bien les plages, que le centre ville de Porto vecchio ou aller se balader en montagne. Sans parler de la gentillesse du propriétaire qui est vraiment à l'écoute et fait tout pour qu'on passe de bonnes vacances. Je recommande ce studio à toutes les personnes voulant passer un bon séjour en Corse!

Très bon studio sur Porto Vecchio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, avec une panière de spécialités de la région, qui a su nous indiquer de beaux endroits à voir et de belles balades à faire. Le studio est bien placé, à 5min à pied du centre de Porto Vecchio, proche tous commerces, 15/20min des plages, 30min de la montagne. Rien à dire ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce studio absolument adorable et fonctionnel. Rien ne manque au confort des locataires. Sa localisation est parfaite pour tout faire à pied: 10 minutes du centre ville, 15 du port, un petit centre commercial (leclerc, phamacie, boulangerie, presse) à 2 minutes également. Un garage est à disposition pour la voiture. Un grand merci à M. Marchetti pour ses gentilles attentions et qui ne manque pas d'indiquer les plus beaux et meilleurs lieux de cette si belle île. Studio moderne très confortable et bien situé

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à Porto Vecchio. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, qui nous ont donné nombreux conseils pour découvrir les sites pittoresques de le Corse du Sud. Le studio est confortable, moderne et très bien équipé, joliment décoré avec une vaste terrasse. Pas de souci de parking (boxe fermé). Merci pour la corbeille de bienvenue remplie de produits locaux très appréciés. Aucun bruit dans l'immeuble. Comme le précise si justement Mr Marchetti, vieille ville, port et supermarché sont proches. Une appréciation toute particulière pour le propriétaire très attentionné au bien-être de ses locataires.
