Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets. service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property. Take a dip into the heated butterfly-shaped pool, a sun ledge and a hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. Choose between swimming in the warmth of the Florida sun or relaxing in the shade under the roof overhang even during tropical rain showers. Our tropical outdoor paradise is waiting for you and will offer you plenty of space for a family get together. Spa temperature is set to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 74°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.
