Beautiful Villa of 100 m2 on land of 1,300 meters renovated and enlarged in 2017 with private swimming pool of 8 meters by 4, air-conditioned house with 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and the other with 2 single beds, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom bathroom plus a bathroom next to the pool, outdoor grill. TV with Satellite, Wifi, all shops at 4 km. The beaches are numerous and 4 km from the house. Bike path right next door, ideal for family vacations.

The villa was as described, beautiful outdoor area, with pool on one side and lemon and orange trees on the other, loads of outdoor seating. the house was very clean, and had everything you could need. Severiano and Jean-Paul,the hosts were very welcoming and friendly.Unfortunatey we had to leave early due to domestic problems back home,we would definitely visit again.

Dejligt ophold med familie og tæt på alle seværdighederne og markederne i Costa Blanca - men vi syntes en bil er en nødvendighed. Huset er fantastisk.

Wonderful and relaxing
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. It was full of everything our family needed and very clean. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature and size. The owners were so kind and helpful, going all the way to make our stay easy. They even gave my son a plaster for his foot and gave us a lift to the local supermarket. The gardens are very spacious with lots of areas to sit and relax. There are tables to enjoy outdoor meals in the shade. We can't recommend this lovely villa highly enough. The location is very quiet, which was perfect for us. But it is only 10 minutes ride to the beach and 20 to the airport. Thank you so much for having us.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) hatten zwei tolle und erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sehr gut um Haus, Pool und Garten. Muchas Gracias a Jean Paul y Severiano

Estuvimos alojados una semana, la cual fue maravillosa pudimos desconectar, es una zona muy tranquila, hay que coger coche para ir a la playa pero no nos importó ya que la zona donde está situada la vivienda está muy bien,la casa limpia y perfecta para las vacaciones, la piscina aunque hacia fresquete mis canijos la pudieron utilizar, la tenían preparada para nosotros, muy limpia. Destacar a Seberiano el dueño y a Joan Paul que fue quien nos recibió, trato familiar y muy cercano, muy recomendable. Volveremos.

Dejlig villa - handicap-/ældrevenlig - Bil en fordel. Veludstyret køkken dejlig have med møbler.
Vi har været meget tilfredse, og vil meget gerne komme tilbage. Servicen er udmærket. Grunden er godt indrettet, og vi havde meget glæde af haven og hyggekrogene. Især køkkenet er meget velfungerende - Pejsen var dejlig, og holdt os varme, de få dage der var, hvor det var koldt. Vi syntes det er et godt udgangspunkt til at besøge, Benidorm, El Campello, Alicante mm.

Tout simplement magnifique.
Nous avons séjourner avec nos 4 enfants durant 10 nuits, un accueil digne des gens du sud, super sympa, avec la SUPERBE Tortilla que Cerviano nous a préparé a notre arrivée. Le propriétaire est très disponible, tout en respectant l'intimité des vacanciers. L'entretien de la piscine est fait très régulièrement. Ce que nous avons vraiment aimé aussi c'est l'emplacement de la villa, et aucun vis à vis. La villa est superbement équipé, rien ni manquait. Une douche extérieure que nous avons apprécié, et très utile. Merci infiniment au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et son accueil, nous y retournerons sans aucun doute. Vraiment un séjour inoubliable. Pour résumé " MAGNIFIQUE".

Una casa maravillosa
La casa está muy bien equipada y conservada. En el jardín hay varias zonas para estar: el porche, el cenador de la barbacoa y la parte de la piscina (que por cierto estaba muy bien cuidada). Está situada en una zona tranquila pero muy cerca de varias localidades: Alicante, San Juan, Muchamiel, San Vicente y Villafranqueza. Severiano nos ha cuidado de maravilla. Estaremos encantados de volver a su casa en otra ocasión.

Super eingerichtetes Ferienhaus wo alles vorhanden ist
Sehr Netter Empfang! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Wir hatten wirklich Pech mit dem Wetter aber Severiano hat sogar für Holz gesorgt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Vacaciones excelentes en una Villa de 10
Hemos disfrutado en familia, mis hijos pequeños de 6 y 3 años en una Villa de 10, todas las estancias cuidadas al detalle para disfrutar de cada momento, me ha encantado que la vajilla y el menaje era nuevo en buenísimo estado todo, excepcional trato de Severiano, hemos disfrutado en estos días lluviosos de la chimenea y por supuesto la estancia de la barbacoa donde hemos estado la mayor parte del tiempo con el calor del fuego de la leña, volveremos Severiano. Enhorabuena!!

Lovely house as described Few minor points though Needs a kettle,us brits do like our tea only had coffee machines,so had to use a saucepan Really needs separate pillows in bedrooms not one long one Another sofa /chair in lounge it can sleep up to 8 but only has seating for 3 at a push on sofa Couldn't get any uk channels on TV god job we took our fire stick But was a lovely house pool very cold so didn't use Although neighbours dogs did bark all night so hardly slept

Mould in the bedrooms
There was lot of mould in the bedroom walls. Our kid had some breathing problems from there and we had to spend several times in hospital after trip. Also floors was pretty wet. I noticed this when used heating pillow on the floor. After trip owner wrote with pretty rude style when i inform hime about those problems. He also yell because we used aircondition machine for heating at winter time. House was nice and it was good for our purpose, but we had little bit bad experience.

Semana de descanso
Fuimos al chalet de Severiano porque queríamos unos días de descanso, con dos niños pequeños y lo pasamos muy bien. La casa está en medio de la carretera, entrando por un camino donde hay más chalets, muy bien comunicado. Está completamente equipada, la cocina es enorme y tiene menaje de sobra y todo nuevo, en general las habitaciones amplias y el exterior muy bonito y cuidado, un jardín muy agradable con varias zonas donde comer y pese al calor que hacía allí se estaba bien al estar cerca del mar ya que corría el aire. La playa de San Juan a 10 minutos en coche y Alicante a 15, supermercados a 5 minutos. A destacar la piscina bastante grande, con zona de césped para tumbarse, es lo que más disfrutamos. Y Severiano muy amable, nos ayudó en todo. Un sitio para repetir.
