Completely renovated to include new furniture, appliances, beds/mattresses, laundry, lighting, paint, flat panel smart TV, high speed internet, Weber Outdoor Grill, new landscaping/lawn, pet friendly, and much more.
Take our beach buggy and sand chairs on a one minute walk to a deeded private section of family friendly Popponesset Beach. Kids and pets will enjoy the spacious front yard or fishing at Deans Pond just at the end of the street. Fishing equipment, canoe, kayaks, shellfish rakes and baskets, mountain bikes all available for your use and enjoyment. Parents will enjoy a short walk to the Popponesset Inn/Marketplace or relaxing in the hammock in a quite back yard.

Our family purchased this home in 1991 after renting in the Popponesset area during the summers since 1964.
Why they chose this property
This property provides a unique summer experience in the beautiful private community of Popponesset. Spectacular beaches, boating, fishing, golf, swimming and summertime fun all contained in one area that is safe for the entire family. Children can experience the freedom of walking and bike riding while parents can truly relax and enjoy a family summer vacation the way it was meant to be.
What makes this property unique
One minute walk to a beautiful private beach or dinner at the Popponesset Inn. Honestly if you pack enough food and beverage you really never have to leave. If you do want to drive know that the are numerous restaurants and shops only minutes away along with golf, tennis, boating, sporting events, concerts and more.
