Updated and cute house in a great location. Great hosts!

We have family on 12th Street S, so we already knew this would be a great location for our family rental. The house was well equipped (linens would be nice, but no one on Brig provides). Plus it was updated and well furnished. Our daughters' significant others did not show up for a couple of days so they had their cousins stay over. The bunk bed room is great for a girls (of all ages!) slumber party. This was our 4th rental house on Brigantine and our favorite so far. Communication was great. Thanks Kelly!

Wonderful beach vacation.

Perfect family home within walking distance to town and beach. Fully equipped house. Just need sheets and towels. Owner was great to work with. House was even better than described. Will hopefully be back.

Girls Weekend

We recently booked Kelly's home for a girls trip. I would recommed this house to anyone looking to stay close to the beach. Not only is the beach a block away, but the house itself was perfect for us. Plenty of room and was very clean. If I ever go back to Atlantic City, this is where I would stay everytime.

Great Beach House

Nice beach house not far from the beach or town. Short dune walk to the beach as compared to the other side of town. Well supplied kitchen, very clean. Owners are easy to work with & respond to inquiries quickly.

The Perfect Beach House

After years of trying to plan a family vacation we finally made it happen and it was PERFECT. This adorable Brigantine house accommodated us in every way and we couldn’t have been happier. My family consisted of my parents, me and my teenage daughter, my brother and his wife and their 18-month-old, my other brother and his 5-year-old son, plus my parents little shitzu –all staying in this 1400 sq ft house! Though the house was small, especially in comparison to the mc mansions in town, the layout was smart and not once were we on top of each other. All three bedrooms were large with dressers and closets in each giving us plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen has a beautiful granite counter top, all the necessary appliances, and every cooking/eating utensil you could possibly need so you truly don’t need to bring much for cooking – and we cooked every single day. Each night we all sat outside on the very large back deck that had a grill and cute backyard (perfect for the dog). In the mornings we drank coffee on the front porch and took in the sunshine and chatted with the super nice neighbors. And, let’s not forget the BEACH! Though we were 10 houses away from the beach it takes about 2 minutes door to door, super close. The owners even supplied really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and so much more so you don’t need to bring much in the way of the beach. Not only were we incredibly close to the beach but we were right in the center of everything with the WaWa and other stores a couple blocks down on the right, a walk-up café on the left plus ice cream shops and so much more. This location cannot be beaten! We had a couple minor issues, that come with any house, but the owners, Kelly and Bob, responded so quickly and fixed the issues immediately it was as if nothing happened at all. Additionally, Kelly and Bob were so friendly and easy to work with from the beginning to the end making our beach vacation that much better. On the very last day, my family spoke about coming back to Brigantine next summer and we all agreed we would do the exact same thing and stay in this perfect beach house again! You will not be disappointed with this perfect Brigantine beach house – just don’t book it on the week we want it next summer!

A perfect week at the beach!

What a perfect place to spend our vacation!! The house was ideal and everything was brand new, from dinner plates and wine glasses to bed spreads and shower curtains to beach chairs! The house was comfortable and every room was very clean. There was a deck with a table and chairs and a grill for those times when we wanted to eat home instead of going out. We were within walking distance to so many things; beach, restaurants, stores, smoothies and salons. It was a great house for us (two adults and three teenagers) and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall,the Beach house was excellent!! loved how close it was to everything you needed.Very updated, everything was there that you needed. the owners were very responsive when you called or texted,e-mailed. Hopefully they will have us back in the near future. Thanks great VACATION!!!!!!!!

My family of five loves Brigantine and its beautiful beaches. I have been coming here since I was a little girl, and my husband and children have grown to love this quaint, timeless beach town. We start the day with breakfast on the front porch, enjoy a walk or bike around town, head to the beach for lunch and some fun in the sun, and then finish the day with dinner on the back deck and maybe some ice cream from Jersey Cow or fishing in the surf. Our beach house is quiet, comfortable for all ages, and close to the beach. We invite you to come and enjoy a week in Brigantine!

Perfect location. It really doesn't get any better than 11th St S. Beach Block.. East of Brigantine Blvd so you don’t have to cross the 4 lane road.
