One Premium Bed in Each Room for superior sleep.
Comfortable & Spacious
Home away from home! Cozy comfort with wood floors and stone tile, newly modernized kitchen, & master bedroom (REST Performance mattress) with deck& bath on 1st floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms & another full bath. Fenced-in backyard. Washer/dryer. Pets can stay if you check with us first ($25 fee). Dogs must be in a crate when you are not at home.

Kitchen has dishes for your whole crew + dishwasher.

We try to make our space as cozy, comfortable, convenient, and clean as we can. there are couches and comfortable chairs and desks and both indoor and outdoor space for relaxing. kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, small appliances, dishwasher etc.

WE are just a few minutes drive from MSU, shopping, downtown Lansing, and the highway.

Guests have access to the whole house. three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room. there's a fenced in backyard, upper and lower decks on the back, and a 3 season closed in porch on the front.

we are available by text, Airbnb app, and telephone if needed. contact information will be sent to you a few minutes after you book the place.

Up to three or four cars can park in our driveway. we are a short walk from Michigan avenue where there are public buses. Uber is also quite convenient.

Exceeded Expectations

We spent a few days in East Lansing to tour MSU with my niece. The home was perfect! We immediately recognized the charm of the home with the screened in front porch with a comfy couch and chair to hang out. The home was impeccably clean! The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and breakfast bars which is a welcoming touch. The bathrooms had shampoo, condition and body wash. The linens and towels were very nice. We had a very minor snag at check-in and the owner was very apologetic and attentive. The neighborhood is quiet and charming and very close to the MSU campus. If my niece commits to MSU I will be reserving this home for move in and family date’s immediately!

Nice place with perfect location the Lansing Center

Overall place was very clean and kept up. We only had one issue with the bed on the first floor as it deflated in the middle of the night. Otherwise we loved the location. It had snowed and was fairly cold so we didn’t get to use the outside. Would stay here again.

Perfect house to stay at with more than enough room for four people. Loved having an outdoor area.

This home was comfortable and clean. It was perfect for a girl's weekend. The neighborhood bars were awesome and only met incredible people. The house has very warm and friendly vibes. We will be back once our kids start school at MSU.

The house was clean, with well stocked kitchen & nice backyard. We appreciated the little extras that made the house a home, such as Kleenex at the bed side, shampoo & conditioner dispensers in the shower, coffee pods & clear instructions for the TV, internet & light switches. Love this place!

This is our go-to place when visiting people in Lansing. It has vintage charm with every up-to-date amenity. Love the big, dog-friendly backyard. Love the cozy front room and the kitchen with everything you can imagine and more. The owners are great to work with and it's right in the middle of everything in Lansing/East Lansing.

Cute place

We were coming for a show, that ended up being canceled 2 days prior to the event and Jonathan was gracious enough to offer us a list of alternative things to do in the area. He really went above and beyond. He checked on us while we were there, and everything was great. There are are couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and we made the best of it. Highly recommend

It was a short, but nice stay. Back yard is great for the dogs as long as your dog isn't athletic enough to climb up the stacked fire wood in the back to chase squirrels (like our Aussie) :-)

Wish we could have stayed longer

We were looking for a place to stay with our 2 dogs during a quick trip to Lansing. This property was perfect for us with it's beautiful, comfortable interior and spacious fenced-in yard.
