This apartment is the best for a relaxing time in mimizan. spacy, very well equiped and a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach - such a top secret hide out, i didn't want to tell anyone about it:)

Perfekt

Die Fewo ist perfekt gelegen, kurze Wege zum Strand und in die Stadt. Es war alles sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer ist sehr schön. Wir kamen entspannt aus dem Urlaub zurück.

Traumhafter Blick vom Balkon und Küche

Alles in allem super Aufenthalt. Wohnung entspricht nicht den deutschen Standards, was aber nicht heißen mag, dass es schlecht ist. Alles hat Funktioniert und war vorhanden. Sogar die Möglichkeit Ebikes in einen Keller zu stellen. Hier und da sind Geräte schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten einen Elektro Grill mit. Ich empfehle auch eine eigene Kaffeemaschine. Vom Balkon hat man einen 180° Blick über das Land und Meer. Das ist Sensationell und so dort kaum zu finden. Man ist in 1 min. am Strand. Die Betten sind natürlich nichts für empfindliche Leute. Vermutlich ist das schon gehobenener Standard in Frankreich. Wir fanden aber die Vermieterin sehr Freundlich und sie war immer schnell erreichbar und vor dem Urlaub schon Ansprechpartner. Mit dieser Wohnung ist man vom Trubel der Stadt etwas entfernt aber dennoch fussläufig bequem zu erreichen. Wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen.

Excellente situation agréable

Bel appartement, très bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage. Nous avons eu tres beau temps. L'appartement est très bien équipé et trés propre. Mimizan et sa tres belle plage à perte de vue, nous manquera, ainsi que la sympathie de ses habitants. Merci aux proprietaires pour leur sympathie et sérieux. Nous reviendrons. Je conseille cet endroit.

lovely flat close to beach

We enjoyed our stay in this holiday flat a lot. The owner is friendly and welcoming, flat is really nice, clean and close to the beach. We loved the sea view from the balcony.

Aucune déception par rapport au descriptif au contraire. Literie très confortable, appartement meublé avec goût, la plage est vraiment à côté. Accueil chaleureux, vraiment tout est fait pour un très bon séjour

Logement parfaitement conforme au descriptif, propre, complet, lumineux, une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil, la plage à 100m, des kilomètres de balades en forêt des Landes, le Top ! Accueil très sympathique avec la propriétaire, je recommande les yeux fermés.

Ein toller Strand in grandioser Umgebung

Eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnung nur 50 m vom Strand weg. So dicht waren wir noch nie dran! Mimizan ist ein Ort für Leute die Sonne, Sand und Abwechslung suchen. Wellenreiten, Kitesurfen, Sonnenbaden und Co finden die perfekte Umgebung während gleichzeitig lange Fahrradtouren in den Pinienwäldern auf sehr gut ausgebauten Radwegen Erholung bieten. Im Umkreis gibt es tolle Ausflugsziele die auch einen Besuch lohnen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben unsere Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer sehr genossen. Jederzeit würden wir wieder hinfahren.
