The living room hosts a double-sized sofa bed, allowing your suite to sleep up to 4 adults. Your condo length patio gets lots of natural light and overlooks the complex swimming pool and common area, perfect for people watching. The kitchen comes fully-equipped, offering the choice of cooking in or dining out. High-speed wireless internet service is installed in your condo and the living room and bedroom TV offer a variety of cable TV programs.

The Menesse The City Condos offer 2 pools, a fitness center, movie theater, children's play area, sky area with bar, spa, 24-hour security and underground parking. The gym, movies, children's area and pools are free to use. The spa has an extra cost. You are less than a short stroll to a white sand beach with turquoise waters. Right around the corner from the condos is DAC, a fresh fruit and vegetable market and Mega, a grocery store. There's an ample assortment of dining and shopping options right outside the complex. If you chose to rent a car, there is secured unground parking which is also free. The bohemian pedestrian boulevard 5th Avenue is only 3 short blocks away and is over a mile long experience of shopping and dining options. The Menesse Condos are located right on Constituyentes Avenue, the main road which is safe and brightly lit in the evenings.
