Convenient College Campus Location

Quiet neighborhood, tastefully decorated and all the conveniences of home! I loved being so close to campus and the downtown area. Owner was very responsive to my questions and helpful during my stay. WIFI worked well and appreciated being able to use owners Netflix membership. Everything was clean and bed and furniture very comfortable! Enjoy!

East Lawrence is one of our most unique historic neighborhoods. Just minutes from downtown, Lawrence, KU, dining and entertainment.

What makes this property unique

The home is a five-year-old new construction bungalow nestled in an historic neighborhood. Guess we have a private bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom, and living room. The additional shared space includes an updated kitchen and living room with everything you need to feel at home.
