Villa Jara - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 6

We were tremendously lucky to discover Villa Jara, a really superb villa located in a slightly elevated position in Nerja, with beautifully cared for enclosed grounds and panoramic sea views. Villa Jara is a charming property that exudes comfort and quality in equal measures and benefits from being a leisurely stroll from a selection of local shops, café bars and restaurants, and less than 3km from the popular Nerja beachfront and its colourful promenade. The interiors are airy and spacious, creating a comfy space for large families. The lovely balconies and terraces are beautifully looked-after; it becomes immediately apparent that the proud owners care a great deal about their beautiful holiday home. Equally enticing are the colourful grounds, the alluring swimming pool and the superb Al fresco facilities, all of which boast these gorgeous sea views. Villa Jara is a truly ideal place to relax and enjoy the outstanding natural beauty this appealing coastline offers.

Mobility Statement
To access the villa there is a path which is 1.08m with a parking gate of 2.20m along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm wide and other doors that access the pool area is the living room door which is 76cm wide and the kitchen door which is 70cm wide. The ground is flat, there is just one small step located at the main door of the house and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 64cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 60cm wide which is the shower room. Please be advised guests who are staying in Villa Jara need to know that they have to take Calle Salares to get the villa, leave/park the cars at the end of this street and go on foot to the villa, this will be around 100/120 metres.
