Villa Agapi - Beautiful Sea Views, Private Pool, Jetty & Lovely Peaceful Terrace

the villa to a private water side sunbathing area with rock bathing and
a jetty, then look no further than Villa Agapi. This is a beautifully
constructed Villa, with the design of the interiors having been
carefully planned to again take full advantage of the spectacular sea
views. Spacious, light and airy, the contemporary and stylishly
furnished living/dining area and fully equipped compact kitchen reflect
an understated contrast to the verdant and natural beauty of nature’s
design outside. The lovely veranda leading from the living area is
perfect for relaxing on the comfortable chairs. From the living room
stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, with spectacular views over
Sivota Bay, The double bedroom has its own generous and furnished
balcony. The lower ground floor studio is only accessed via an external
staircase and path so may not be suitable for accommodating children
without an adult.

*Please be aware that children must be supervised at all times around
the infinity pool and terraces ( low walls) and on the upper bedroom
balcony.*

We have taken the liberty of including some photos of the jetty below
this villa which is shared only with fellow Solmar Villas guests
staying in Villa Elpida and Villa Pisti which you can access via steps
and a short path just down the road from the villa. You can contact the
house management team locally who will provide you with all the
information you require regarding daily or weekly boat rental or why
not pre book your boat hire before you travel via our UK office.. We
strongly recommend that you enquire about these boats early to avoid
disappointment. As well as being a lot of fun, they make for a quicker
and easier means of travel to Sivota’s delightful marina, bars and
restaurants.(Mooring at the jetty below the villa is subject to weather
conditions and the boat owners’ discretion)
