This spacious and older home was perfect for my stay for Parents' weekend at the USNA. My 2/C son and his friends spent a few nights. The 4 beds , copious fresh linens, and fully stocked kitchen were perfect for our needs. The owner was very responsive and gracious to have us in his home.
Eastport Peninsula Charm was an amazing house, Greg was so friendly and accommodating. The area is beautiful ,neighbors were friendly and welcoming.

Good location
Loved the location. Property owner is nice, but property could use some repairs and sprucing up. Too much personal stuff out and about for our liking. Also, you can only set the A/C to 75 and for us that is just not a good sleeping temperature.
We adored the house! Perfect location and space for our family with multiple bedrooms and sitting areas as well as an outdoor patio! House and bathrooms were very clean.
From start to finish our stay was perfect. Greg was super responsive and answered all of our questions. The neighborhood was charming and the house had great outside patio and for us to hang out on. We would 100% stay there again. It was perfect for our wedding weekend.
Our family really enjoyed Greg's home and had a fantastic extended weekend in Annapolis. The house was very well kept and the accommodations were top notch. Location was great with walking distance to close-by marinas, shops, restaurants, and downtown Annapolis. Couldn't ask for more!
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. Very welcoming and had everything we could possibly need from cooking to entertaining. Excellent location...we walked to and from downtown Annapolis many times. House is beautifully furnished. Such a great find that we would love to come back to again. Owner was on site to greet us and made our stay so easy. Fabulous all around!

Great location and cool property
We stayed there for the Annapolis Boat Show and it was perfect for us. It is an older home, but in very nice condition and very clean. The owner is very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property. It is a quick walk to the water taxi as well as a couple of cool restaurants.....definitely felt like a local staying there.

Wonderful house, perfect for our family
We had a great weekend at this beautiful home. It's within an easy walk of downtown Annapolis, but benefits from being situated in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious, well decorated, and well laid out. Also, it's an old house, which is great because it has a "lived in" feel that quiets the nerves a bit about having your two toddlers and hound dog running around the place.
Highly recommend!
