Luxury 4 bedroom Tuscan Villa in Andalusia Country Club, La Quinta, CA

This home is a private residence on the fairway of the seventh hole of the Andalusia Golf Course in La Quinta California. The home has four bedrooms with four bathrooms ensuite as well as an additional powder room. There are two bedrooms with king-sized beds and two with queen-sized beds. One bedroom is incorporated into a suite within a separate casita on the property. The main residence is decorated in the Tuscan style. We have completely re-decorated the casita with travertine flooring, new furniture and tile work in the Andalusian-Moorish style. It makes a fine office space without the distractions of the main residence.

The property was lightly used during the 8 years since construction. It has a fireplace, Wi-Fi, a TV in the great room with surround sound, a fully functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances, etc. The very large patio area has fire pit, a comfortable Jacuzzi spa, waterfall and a heated pool with swim- up seating to a recessed serving area/barbecue. Four umbrellas provide ample shade pool-side.The recessed barbeque area is shaded beneath the cool canopy of two, large citrus trees The patio overlooks a panorama of the golf course’s fairways, greens and lakes with neighboring homes in the distance, and the Indio Mountains in the far distance to the north. Utilities are included in the lease fee.

Andalusia is a private gated, guarded community 17 minutes away from La Quinta Resort and Spa. The City of La Quinta itself is located in the Coachella Valley which contains the communities of Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage,Cathedral City, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and to the east, Indio. The Salton Sea is south of La Quinta.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is 45 minutes away from our residence with direct flights from many US and Canadian cities. Altogether 22 airlines operate out of PSP which is minutes away from LAX by shuttle flight.

Our guests are welcome to use the beautiful facilities of the Andulusia Country Club including the Racquet Club, Tapas Restaurant, pool and for a small fee, the tennis and pickleball courts and Fitness Center.The Andalusia golf course is for members only, but there are more than 125 golf courses in the valley,many are public.
