Wood floors, 3 bedrooms(3 Q-beds), 1 Q-air beds.Please do not take the air mattress outside,kitchen,living room,dining room,utility room with washer and dryer.Tiled bath area around tub with shower, hand rails for safety, tall stool,Carport.Charcoal grill,please do not grill on carport! Keep bagged trash in trash bins to keep animals from tearing into it.

Plenty of parking space and close to all activities in Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Lake area. Little Red River encircles Industrial Park Road Area. Minutes from Lake, River, Sugarloaf Mt, ASU Campus, dining, grocery & shopping. Credit Cards accepted. Each bedroom has an on wall TV,child pack & play with mattress and sheets, a baby monitor on request, a child high chair. I give the same discount for a 6 or 7 nights stay, $700. Cute and quiet

The house was absolutely adorable. I loved the decor and the bright colors and appreciated that there was a big back yard. The coffee station was a plus as well. Unfortunately I came down with a little bug while I was there and the weather didn’t quite cooperate so I was not able to enjoy it as much as I wanted.

Great Host and Home

My spouse and I and our dog Duke booked the property as a short getaway to view and photograph the trumpeter swans that spend the winter months in the Heber Springs area. We were looking for a property that would welcome our 16-year-old Lab mix, and the home and grounds were perfect for that. The swans are magnificent. We plan to stay again next winter.

Very nice place to stay

This is a very cute house. It’s very clean. There were lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows. The living room has an L-shaped couch and comfy chair so there was plenty of seating. The shower has good water pressure. We did have difficulty getting a tv to work and the host was responsive right away. We received a phone call from the host and got the tv going quickly. The property is large which was nice when walking our dogs outside. One morning we saw about a dozen deer in the backyard. The property is in a good location. We were only a couple miles from Sugarloaf Mountain and not far from Bridal Falls. It’s also close to Heber Springs. We enjoyed our stay and the house was great as were the very responsive hosts.

The home was spotless and the interior decor was most bright and welcoming. The exterior spaces and yard was well maintained and so very comfortable and pleasant. We so enjoyed morning coffee on the front patio. Communication with our host was always prompt, courteous and most informative.

Always lovely!

We enjoyed our second stay at TwinsAcres! It is close to the phenomenal Cafe Klaser, sugarloaf mountain, JFK Park, and the Dam Site Marina! If you are looking for somewhere homey, and relaxing, TwinsAcres is perfect for your family. The home is also fully equipped with board games, detergent, a grill, and lots of plates and bakeware!

Peaceful and Beautiful

We loved the house and the property. There are red pines all around, visiting deer, and the sounds of nature. The stars are beautiful at night. We visited Bridal Veil Falls, Greers Ferry Fish Hatchery, Collins Creek Trailhead, Sandy Beach, and JFK Memorial Overlook. All of these places are very close to the property! Grocery stores, restaurants, and Ozark Country Market gift shop are close by..even though it feels detached from any city! We grilled steaks and made smores. The highchair and portable crib were a lifesaver. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great in extreme heat, and all kitchen essentials we needed were supplied too. We didn't want to leave. The host was great, very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to return!

House closing

The house was clean and the owner was very responsive when we had a small issue with the WiFi. Turns out the whole neighborhood was out, probably from the storm. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Awesome place!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and have loved it both times. The owners are great communicators and the property is just a short distance from the river or lake. Spacious enough for friends and family. Very well equipped and works great for adults and kids!!

Cute decor

The property was clean and had a great yard. The location was great and close to everything. A couple of problems that need repair. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly and took hours, so I had to brush my teeth in the kitchen. The kitchen faucet leaked whenever turned on. The front storm door was very hard to close, needs adjusting. Just a little tlc.

This cute house is in a great location and just a few minutes from town. It had everything we needed for us adults and for the kids for indoor and outdoor entertainment! We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome rental!

Tom and Diane started TwinsAcres Vacation Home Rental in 1999 after buying my mother's home. We live in Indiana but have caretakers that take care of our home. We come down and keep the home updated for your comfort. Over the years of renting my home, I have met some amazing guests that have chosen to return back to my home on each visit to the area. That is what any host hopes for! When I travel, I take notes of what I liked during my stay and try to add it to TwinsAcres. I want my guest to have a comfortable home away from home. Many call it there second home. 😁🌹

Why they chose this property

Over the years I watched Heber Springs turn into a very beautiful place to vacation. I watched the Little Red River back up and over flow which turned land into a wonderland for tourist. This was my mom's home and am sure she would be proud knowing so many people are enjoying her home and land as much as she did. So many different areas of interest; golfing, Fishing for trout in the Little Red River or catching big bass and catfish from Greers Ferry Lake, Enjoying a day on the lake sightseeing the beautiful sites and swimming in the clear, clean waters of the lake. Skiing or tubing, what fun!!!!!! Mountain climbing Sugarloaf Mt. or Shop til you Drop!!!! Or maybe just sit in the swing and enjoy the wonders of nature right in the front and back yards. I call it 'A Little Piece of Heaven.'

What makes this property unique

TwinsAcres is close to everything offered in the area. Shopping the unique gift shops in the downtown area and surrounding areas, golfing the beautiful courses, catching our limit of fish from the Little Red River or Greers Ferry Lake, Sandy Beach, Enjoying the Cardboard Boat Races usually held at Sandy Beach area, watching one of the best 4 of July fireworks display in Arkansas. Walking the Mossy Bluff Trails, Collins Creek, or other nature trails in the area, Tour the Dam, then enjoy the Fish Hatchery, stop in at the Welcome center at the Dam and see how this beautiful town and lake were developed. 'A must do' is see the town from atop Sugarloaf Mountain. You'll have a Kodak Moment up there, Beautiful view of the town and area. You can also walk the trails on Sugarloaf in the Lake, you will need to have boat access for this adventure. Just too many things to enter here for your enjoyment in this Beautiful town of Heber Springs AR. Very reasonably priced for everything offered and 3 separate bedrooms with a TV in each one. The Roku 50” smart TV is in the Living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate from the added hot bar. A washer & dryer furnished in the laundry room. Starter supplies for your stay but may not be enough for your full stay, you may have to supply extra supplies. Bed sheets and towels furnished.
