The apartment is located in a villa, in the middle of a park, with direct access to the sea. The accommodation is alone on the ground floor, facing Lannion Bay, in the sun, sheltered from the winds.

The apartment is completely independent and has its own private car and pedestrian access. A large terrace to the south overlooks the park of over 5,500 m2 which plunges into the sea. The GR34 coastal path crosses the bottom of the property and gives access to a wild cove and sandy beaches. The exceptional environment will make you benefit from absolute calm.

The apartment has been completely renovated. It is classified 4 stars **** and offers a comfortable and quality interior. It has a high level of equipment: dishwasher, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue and teak garden furniture ... Breathtaking view

The gite, in marine theme. The views , the garden and the bay front made this a wonderful stay . Well equipped kitchen. All the info you need for visiting the area. GR route in front of the gite. Walks to view point and beach.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Das Objekt besticht nicht nur durch seine erstklassige Lage, sondern auch durch die sichtbar liebevolle Einrichtung und Pflege durch die Vermieter. Gerade auch deren Hilfsbereitschaft und hervorragende Vorbereitung auf alle Fragen zu Ausflügen und möglichen Zielen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung ist beispielgebend. Die Lage des Objekts macht es vor allem auch interessant für die Nebensaison, da der Ausblick und die schöne Gestaltung der Wohnung den Urlaub selbst bei schlechter Witterung zu einem perfekten Urlaub machen würde. Wir können dieses Objekt nur allumfassend empfehlen und gäbe es einen sechsten Stern zu vergeben, diese FeWo und ihre Vermieter würden ihn von uns bekommen.

Traumhaft

Wir konnten in der Bretagne einen traumhaften Urlaub verleben. Die Wohnung war top, sehr gut und qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und bot alles was man im Urlaub so brauchen kann. WLAN ist vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und man hat den ganzen Tag über eine traumhafte Aussicht auf eine große Bucht. Man sitzt draussen wunderbar, hat einen Grill zur Verfügung oder man legt einfach zum Relaxen in einem der Liegestühle. Das Parken ist sehr angenehm und sicher. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfreich, sehr freundlich und zugewandt und gab uns so manchen Insidertip für Besichtigungen und Locations die man sich auf jeden Fall ansehen sollte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Gute Pors Raden eine wunderbare Erfahrung die wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen möchten. Herzlichen Dank an Christine und Luis als perfekte Gastgeber !!!

Traumurlaub bei phantastischem Ausblick in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben die 14 Tage in Christines Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung, der geräumige Wohn-Ess-Bereich ist ebenso wie die Schlafräume sehr liebevoll gestaltet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Absolut unglaublich ist der von allen Zimmern aus zu genießende Ausblick über die an Trébeurden angrenzende Bucht, deren immer wieder neue Farbenpracht täglich wechselnde Eindrücke ermöglicht. Mindestens ebenso spektakulär ist der verwunschene Garten, den man für den Abstieg zum Meer durchquert. Der unmittelbar vor dem Haus gelegene Teil ist akkurat gepflegt und passt genau zum Gesamteindruck der Umgebung, im weiteren Verlauf lassen die Hausbesitzer der Natur freien Lauf, sodass ein urzeitlich anmutendes Schauspiel entsteht, in dem es immer wieder neue Entdeckungen zu machen gibt - darunter auch viele von Christine liebevoll arrangierte Stein- oder Holzinstallationen: das Baumhaus von Madame La Fee, die Maikäferfamilie auf dem Schirmständer, ein gemütliches Damespiel aus Schiefer, Trikoloren-Tipis oder auch der Steinkalender in bretonischen Farben. Sollte man sich wider Erwarten an seinem privaten Paradies satt gesehen haben, erreicht man über ein Törchen ("propriété privée") am unteren Ende des Gartens den Küstenwanderweg GR34, über den man zu weiteren Entdeckungszügen aufbrechen kann oder auch den nahe gelegenen, vor allem bei Hochwasser zum Baden einladenden (öffentlichen) "Hausstrand" erreicht (weitere, größere Strände sind in beiden Richtungen des Weges oder alternativ mit dem Auto zu erreichen). Trébeurden selbst ist ein beschaulicher Küstenort mit teilweise beeindrucken rosa Granitformationen - mehr davon findet man an der gesamten Küste verteilt - und den typischen französischen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder auch in einer halben Stunde zu Fuß zu erreichen. Christine und Loic haben wir als überaus zugewandte und hilfsbereite Vermieter kennen- und schätzen gelernt, die ihren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen oder sich sehr diskret zurückhalten, je nachdem, wie man es haben möchte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Das Paradies hat eine neue Adresse in der Bretagne

Die Ferienwohnung von Christine und Loic war für uns traumhaft schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder. All die liebevollen Kleinigkeiten haben den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, immer hilfsbereit, dabei sehr diskret und rücksichtsvoll.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse und Sicht auf die malerische Bucht

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung erfüllte alles, was Urlauber wünschen: sowohl was die Einrichtung als auch die Lage betrifft. Christine war eine hilfsbereite und zugleich rücksichtsvolle Vermieterin, die zudem viele nützliche Hinweise zur Gestaltung unseres Aufenthaltes mündlich wie schriftlich bereit hielt. Wir haben besonders die kontemplative Ruhe auf der Terrasse genossen, das Frühstücken in morgendlicher Sonne und die Beschaulichkeit der Bucht in der Abenddämmerung. Trébeurden ist ein kleiner Ort, von dem aus schöne Wanderungen entlang der Küste und auf diverse (Halb-)inseln unternommen und die gesamte Küste der Granite Rose erkundet werden kann. Zudem bietet er auch feine weiße Sandstrände. Wir waren sicherlich nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

A little bit of paradise in Tregor!!

If you are looking for that quiet getaway that still has easy access to beaches, restaurants, etc., then this is the place for you! The views and the location are so good that you'll find it hard to do anything else but chill out. The apartment sits in a fantastic private garden, full of wonderful plants and wildlife - more of a nature reserve really! There are excellent places to eat & drink locally, both in Trebeurden and farther afield, but in our opinion there's nothing to beat eating here, on the terrace, overlooking the bay .....!! The coastal path is right on the doorstep, and the amazing scenery of the Granite Rose coast just a few kilometres away. Last but not least Christine and Loic are the most helpful and informative owners, providing plenty of information about the area and more than willing to share their knowledge and enthusiasm. Thanks to you both for a wonderful vacation! We will be returning!

Ce que nous avons apprécié : Le séjour et les chambres , situés en rez de jardin; la vue sur la baie de Lannion, la proximité avec la nature... même sans sortir du gîte. La large allée qui permet, en traversant le parc de rejoindre le chemin des douaniers, lieu de promenade pour les marcheurs, ou la grève et sa petite plage de sable. Intérieur bien équipé et entretenu, avec des équipements domestiques de qualité. L'accueil chaleureux et efficace de propriétaires soucieux de faire connaitre leur région et de partager leurs connaissances...

Un petit coin de Paradis

Nous avons énormement apprécié notre séjour dans ce gîte des plus agréable. L'accueil fait par Christine était parfait. C'est une personne extrêmement gentille, et qui connaît bien sa région. Tout était très bien organisé,classé pour nous permettre de découvrir Trebeurden et ses alentours. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Le gîte est propre,calme,décoré avec goût et sa vue époustouflante. Notre bref séjour, nous a donné envie de revenir plus longtemps. L'endroit est calme,reposant et permet de s'aérer l'esprit, de profiter. Un grand merci à Christine, et Bravo pour tout. J'espère que nous aurons le plaisir de revenir voir Christine pour profiter de son excellent gîte, et de bénéficier à nouveau du calme de cette magnifique région.

Un merveilleux séjour en ce début d'automne (du 17 au 24 septembre 2016)

Une semaine passée dans le gîte de Pors Raden nous a fait beaucoup de bien: comme nos prédécesseurs, nous avons joui de la vue à toutes les heures du jour. Nous avons admiré le lever du soleil pendant le petit déjeuner et le coucher au dîner. Nous avons pu intensifier notre impression de cette belle région de Bretagne lors de nos randonnées. Madame et Monsieur David sont des hôtes charmants d'une hospitalité généreuse. La documentation qu'ils fournissent dans le gîte est exceptionelle: très complète et absolument intéressante. Spectacular!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Gite Pors Raden. Beautiful surroundings, restful and well located for activities when we wanted to leave the calm of our gite. Lovely hosts and very nicely decorated and well furnished home. Incredible view and local environment. We hope to return one day.

Unglaublich schön

Wir haben im Gîte Pors Raden zehn zauberhafte Tage verbracht. Die Unterkunft war in allen Belangen überragend. Die (wirklich schönen) Fotos können dem gar nicht gerecht werden. Man findet alles was man benötigt von der Waschmaschine über den Staubsauger bis hin zum Induktionsherd. Alle Geräte wirkten auch relativ neu. Die Betten waren super und das Haus war tiptop gepflegt. Besonders muss ich jedoch diese unglaubliche Aussicht und die hilfsbereiten Vermieter hervorheben. Sie haben und in allen möglichen Formen unterstützt, sei es beim Gang zum Fischmarkt oder beim Ausleihen von Keschern und Eimern. Auch viele wertvolle Tipps über die Umgebung haben sie uns gegeben und uns auf viele bretonische Spezialitäten hingewiesen, sei es kulinarisch oder landschaftlich. Fußläufig sind sowohl ein Bäcker, ein Supermarkt, als auch der Strand zu erreichen. Das Haus beinhaltet unter anderem noch ein reichhaltiges Arsenal an Wanderkarten oder Fahrradkarten sowie Hinweise für Restaurants und weitere Veranstaltungen, die uns auch gute Dienste geleistet haben. WIr hatten auch viel Glück mit dem Wetter was uns bei diversen Wandertouren entgegenkam. Aber auch ein bretonischer "kleiner" Sturm (115 km/h) hat seinen Reiz. Wir könnten noch so viele Dinge aufschreiben, die wir erlebt haben und die uns zwingen wiederzukommen, da wir noch längst nicht alles gesehen haben. Aber wir empfehlen jedem an dieser Stelle einfach selbst hinzufahren und sich ein Bild von diesen netten Menschen und dieser wunderbaren Landschaft zu machen. Ihr werdet es nicht bereuen! MAGNIFIQUE A TOUS POINTS ...DE VUE...☀️👍

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner dans cette location très confortable, propre oú rien ne manque. Depuis l'appartement la vue est superbe et nous émerveille à chaque instant de la journée par ses couleurs changeantes. L'accès à la mer se fait depuis le magnifique jardin que Christine entretien avec amour. Christine, la propriétaire vous accueillera avec toute sa gentillesse , sans oublié sa petite famille. C'est une adresse que nous gardons bien précieusement dans nos contacts. Nous espérons aux prochains locataires de Pors Raden autant de plaisir que nous à séjourner dans ce havre de paix.
