Bretagne toujour

Das große Ferienhaus ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man braucht. In in toller Lage (Ort und Meer in 10 min zu Fuß, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten) war es ein wunderbarer Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden (kleine Wanderungen auf dem GR34 von diversen Parkplätze aus sind sehr zu empfehlen! Lange Fahrten sind nicht nötig) ) Mmme Le Duff war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Genial

Accueil très agréable. La maison est bien équipée. L emplacement est parfait et au calme. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour faire la cuisine et rien ne manque ce qui n est pas toujours le cas dans les locations. La literie des chambres du haut est en très bon état, mais pour la chambre du bas le matelas commence à être un peu fatigué. Les couettes misent à disposition étaient neuves et propres. Nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir. Merci encore à la propriétaire pour son accueil et sa discrétion.

À faire sans hésitation !!!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine de vacances. La maison est situé dans un endroit calme. Saint Pol de Léon est une agréable ville où il est bon vivre. Les commerces et les plages sont à proximité et c’est l’endroit idéal pour partir à la découverte de la région (Roscoff, l’Ile de Batz, Plouescat pour le miel, ...). La maison de Josiane est conforme à nos attentes et nous la remercions pour son accueil chaleureux !!!! À refaire sans aucune hésitation !!!!

Super aangenaam verblijf in mooi vakantiehuis dicht bij centrum en baai

We waren aangenaam verrast bij aankomst in het vakantiehuis van mevrouw Josiane in St Pol de Leon. Alles was netjes en het huis had een prima ligging, zowel het strand als het centrum waren gemakkelijk te voet te bereiken. St Pol de Leon is een prima uitvalbasis voor een eerste kennismaking met Bretagne. Het weer was prachtig, dus onze vakantie kon niet meer stuk. Kortom, een aanrader!

Maison très spacieuse, située dans quartier résidentiel très calme, avec une vue superbe de l'étage sur la baie de Morlaix, un jardin joliment fleuri, et à 5 mn en voiture du centre de St Pol de Leon et de la plage Ste Anne. Nous avons trouvé dans cette maison très confortable tout le nécessaire et même plus pour passer d'excellentes vacances . Madame Le Duff nous a très gentiment accueillies et nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires pour sillonner cette magnifique région de Bretagne. Nous la remercions chaleureusement. Vraiment super séjour !!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. La maison de Josiane est à mi-distance entre la mer et le centre ville, les 2 sont donc accessibles à pieds en 5-10 minutes - la mer par un chemin piétonnier et "confidentiel" très sympathique. La maison est au calme dans une impasse, elle est spatieuse, agréable, très très bien équipée pour une famille avec enfants dont jeunes, et le jardin est super. A la mer, il y a toute une zone de jeux sympathique aussi. La ville de Saint Pol de Léon est agréable, il y a une piscine et une bibliothèque pour les jours de pluie, la cathédrale à regarder. Sinon, pour les activités alentours, il y en a beaucoup - se renseigner à l'office du tourisme !!! Nous avons nous, visiter l'île de Batz, en bateau, 10 min de traversée depuis Roscoff - on recommande !!! C'est une petite île de 500 habitants, préservée, avec son phare, sa chapelle, etc.. charmant !! Et sinon le chateau du taureau genre Fort Boyard sur une petite île aussi au large de Carentec. Et aussi toutes les balades sur les sentiers qui longent la mer (GR je ne sais plus quoi !!) Bref nous reconnandons fortement !!

Perfect stay

We had a super holiday in this house. We stayed with our daughter, her husband and 2 year old twins. The owner could not do enough for us even messaging when she knew our ferry was delayed due to bad weather and waiting to welcome us quite late into the evening. Somehow the photos do not do the property justice and I am not sure why but it would easily accommodate 6 adults comfortably, and has been tastefully furnished. We have been coming to France for almost 30 years but have never been to this area before, we found it similar to Southern Brittany but far less crowded. The house was very close to the ferry, the lovely town of St Pol de Leon and numerous superb beaches meaning our drivers got to relax and not do too much driving. There were plenty of leaflets in the property giving us ideas of things to do but I would suggest a visitors book would be a good idea detailing bin days, wifi, markets ,general house information and trip suggestions etc. I can really recommend this house for a perfect family holiday, we do not normally visit the same house twice but we would certainly be happy to stay here again.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten in ruhiger Umgebung!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Tolle geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Bei uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber mit einem tollen, gepflegten Garten. In Haus befinden sich sogar Brettspiele (für Regentage), Fernsehen, Filme (welche wir nicht genutzt haben) usw. Beide Bäder waren sehr gut. Vom Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht von St. Pol. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, gibt auch Tipps für das Besichtigen der Region. Ein Supermarkt und das Zentrum sind in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen, wir würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkehren.

Vacances de famille dans un cadre idéal !

La maison est très belle, claire, moderne pratique, offrant de beaux espaces. la literie est d'excellente qualité. L'environnement est très calme.. Le jardin est superbe; La propriétaire est à l'écoute et propose de nombreuses activités. Les enfants ont à leur disposition des jeux de société et des DVD. Beau temps ou mauvais temps, tous sont assurés de passer un agréable séjour.

A well equipped house with a pleasant garden in a quiet suburb of St Pol de Leon

The house is conveniently positioned about 15 minutes walk from the beach, the town and a supermarket. The owner is friendly and helpful. There is a footpath down to the beach with three restaurants at the beach and others in the town. Some of the attractions other than the beach and water-sports are: the exotic garden less than 2 miles away on the outskirts of Roscoff; the tiny Isle de Batz , a 15 minute ferry ride from Roscoff; the cathedral town of St Pol and the larger town of Morlaix (about 30 minutes drive away). There are weekly markets in St Pol, Roscoff and Morlaix. All in all, a wonderful holiday location.

Semaine bretonne parfaite !

La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une famille, idéalement située au calme entre la ville et la plage. Tout est faisable à pied, par de petites routes ou chemins très agréables. La situation est également idéale, entre Brest et Bréhat, pour visiter l'essentiel de la côte nord. Je recommande vivement !

Maison claire et agréable, calme et bien équipée

La maison est agréable, claire et très bien équipée (y compris BDs et jeux de société), à une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la belle plage surveillée (15 minute à l'aller en descente et 25 minutes au retour en montée!) et une quinzaine de minutes à pied du joli centre ville de St Pol. Jolie terrasse avec meubles de jardin comfortables et un BBQ; jardin potager offrant courgettes et fraises! Un seul petit bémol: l'absence de séchoir à linge ( il faut dire que nous avons eu un séjour assez pluvieux et que nous n'avons pratiquement pas pu mettre le linge à sécher dehors).

très bon séjour !

maison très fonctionnelle, situation idéale entre le centre de st pol et de très belles plages de sable. on est à deux pas de roscoff qui est juste magnifique. on a beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité des propriétaires qui ont su faciliter notre séjour avec des commodités pour les plus petits (1, 2 et 6 ans). beaucoup d'espace dans cette maison bien pensée dont on profite aussi par moins beau temps ! nous recommandons.

Das Haus war sehr schön.Für das schlechte Wetter konnte keiner etwas. Aber man hätte uns vor der Reise fairerweise darüber informieren müssen, dass direkt vor dem Haus Straßenbauarbeiten durchgeführt werden. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Baumaschinen sehr früh geweckt. Da es den Vermietern lange bekannt war, war es nicht o.k., dass man uns nicht vorher Bescheid gesagt hat. Ansonsten aber nette Betreuung.

Pratique, confortable, propre et bien située

Nous sommes donc arrivés dans une maison plutôt propre, fonctionnelle, confortable et proche de toutes les commodités tout en étant dans une résidence très très calme. Idéalement située pour visiter la région ( mise à disposition de quelques dépliants sur le coin à compléter) : Roscoff, îles de Callot et Batz, Sentier cotier, les nombreux enclos paroissiaux plus dans les terres et enfin les nombreuses plages sur place ou aux alentours. Propriétaire disponible, à l'écoute, conciliante et accueillante. À recommander.

je reccomande cette maison tres agréable

nous employons le superlatif "très" - Nous étions 3 couples dans cette maison très confortable (comme chez soi), très claire, maison accueillante, très propre, literie impéccable, cuisine très bien équipé rien ne manque. Nous avons eu de bons conseils par la Propriétaire.
