There is a private rock beach and beautiful sunsets! It's a great place to get away with family, a few friends, significant other or a quiet getaway by yourself. Enjoy the amazing sunsets by the fire pit while eating s'mores. There is plenty of yard space (50 ft of frontage) for activities and beach access for swimming, floating and throwing rocks. It's also a great place to visit in the winter when you're looking for some quiet get away.
The rock beach is a 0-depth entry that gradually gets deeper. You can walk right in! The rocks can be sharp or slippery so water shoes is recommended. Please help yourself to a favorite rock for a momentum.
The kitchen has been recently updated with stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, silverware, bowls, utensils, coffee pot, blender and toaster. There is also an outside gas grill.
Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, garbage bags, tin foil, plastic wrap, baggies, storage containers and coffee/tea, non-dairy creamer and sugar are provided. There is also a new stainless steel washer and dryer with detergent.
There is no cable, but there is a “smart TV” with Netflix available, as well as, the use of a DVD player.
There is a pack n play and sheets available.
There is a bunk bed (twins) in bedroom 3.

We are 10 minutes east of historic Pultneyville. This village is a darling lakeside gem with beautiful views of Lake Ontario. Visit B Foreman Park and find a swing to take in the views! Or pack a picnic and dip your toes in the water on the pebble beach.
We are ten minutes west of Sodus Point offers you restaurants, bars, ice cream, sand beach, playgrounds, the lighthouse (walk to the top) and the marina.
Burnap's Farm Market is a wonderful place for lunch or ice cream or both! Bring the kids and watch them play on the unique playground or feed the chickens and goats. Grab a homemade pie or baked bread for the throw in some local fruit while you're at it!
Chimney Bluffs State Park is a must see! A breathtaking hike through the woods where cliffs meet the waves of Lake Ontario. Take a picnic and walking shoes that can get wet too! You cannot miss this spectacular gem.
We are 40 minutes from the heart of Rochester, a small city, but a lot to do: summer festivals (May-September), beautiful parks, the zoo, Museum of Play, Science Museum, home of Susan B Anthony, Erie Canal, George Eastman House, Geva Theater, Rochester Public Market and much more!
Take a mini road trip (1.5 hours) and head to Lectworth State Park, the Grand Canyon of the East or head west on I-90 and see Niagara Falls!!
Fall Foliage is bursting with colors as you pass apple and pear orchards on the way to the cottage. Be sure to check out local fruit and vegetable stands to taste the bounty of the harvest.
In the winter, cozy up to the electric fire place. Enjoy the serenity of soft snow falling on Lake Ontario and watch the water change with the ice. We are 1 mile from the Driftriders Snowmobile Club.
