We love Palm Beach!

We love the Palm Beach condos! Beach access couldn’t be better and they are not crowded. Only downside is the kitchen could have been stocked better and some of the furnishings need upgrading. Super comfy king bed!!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Suggestions

View is awesome and it was relatively quiet as we could not hear our neighbors. We would definitely go back. This property needs a thorough, deep cleaning. It also needs kitchen update with new stove and refrigerator as well as new dishes, pans, skillets and silverware. I would also suggest there be some door hooks or something of that sort to hang towel or clothes on to keep off floor. The balcony sliding door lock was broken; the unit is on 4th floor so that wasn’t a problem. One other suggestions would be to have the cable checked. The tv in den had 2 remotes which was confusing and the instructions on how to use it were not very helpful. We dealt with It but it needs clarification of use. These are suggestions and not something to keep us from booking this place again. We did enjoy our stay.

Overall nice stay

Kitchen very small. Felt it was a bit overpriced but ocean view was great! Unit clean and very near elevator. Easy check in. Nice families staying at Palm. Pool has very little furniture to lay out on, only one lounger and about 12 chairs for the entire place.

The Palm Beach is one of the nicest properties around. This unit had problems. Appliances not working. Furniture old and worn out. We had a great time but unit needs to be spruced up badly.

Well appointed Condo on the Beaxch

Condo was as advertised except for one very important detail. The WIFI didn’t work. There was no cell reception either making it very difficult to work. Had to leave the condo to answer emails. Luxury Coastal Vacations was not helpful at all. They didn’t return my phone calls.

This place is incredible!!!!! Literally steps to the elevator, steps to the beach , steps to parking ... The condo was so clean and so nice ! Communication with the owners / management company was awesome!!! Super efficient and helpful!!!! Will definitely book this condo again! Our family Vacation was perfect staying here !

July 4th weekend stay

Property was nice and clean. The location is perfect. The condo is at the end of the strip so the beach is a lot less crowded than most other places. Overall a great stay.

Oh my goodness!!! THIS place!!!!!! Is literally one second from the elevator, one second from the parking lot & one second from the beautiful beach!!!!! I cannot say enough good about every detail! Nice Stay

We loved the place. Really enjoy the Palm Beach. Only had 2 issues. 1. Check in was a hassle. We were instructed to go to office upon arrival. When we got there there was supposed to be a packet of information and room keys available. There was nothing there for us. So we had to call and get confirmation for the security guy. He made us a key and we went on our way. 2. The dishes were dirty when we arrived. Every dish that we were wanting to use had to be cleaned before use. These aren't deal breakers, but just something to be aware of when booking anywhere for that matter. It's a nice place and our stay was great!
