This small and authentic 2-bedroom house can accommodate 4 people. It offers sea view from all the rooms. It just has been completely renovated; all the domestic appliances are new. It is in the first row of houses facing the sea and the fishing harbour of Kerfissien. The view is amazing. You are 50 m away from a small inlet and from the small customs post.
300 metres away you will find a larger beach that is more visited. This haven of peace is an exceptional base for beautiful coastal walks.
Let yourself be carried away by the sweetness of living at the whim of the tides. The ever-changing landscapes will leave you speechless.
Calm and peacefulness are the magic words in this little piece of heaven.

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in der Villa Kerfish und für uns ist das Haus mit samt seinem Garten ein kleines Paradies. Wir genießen die Ruhe und die Weite und lieben es, das Meer zu beobachten, das ständig sein Gesicht verändert. Der nahe Strand ist wunderbar und die Umgebung eignet sich hervorragend zum Wanden und Radfahren.

Superbe vue, gîte parfaitement équipé !
Nous avons fait une très belle étape dans ce gîte pour deux semaines avec nos deux enfants ! La maison convenait parfaitement en terme de taille (le beau temps faisait que nous étions en extérieur tout le temps). La proximité / vis à vis avec deux autres maisons peut en gêner certains mais la vue et cet horizon à 180 degrés remportera tous les suffrages. L’équipement mis à la disposition des locataires est optimal, le confort est très bon et l’espace optimisé. La plage à proximité est top ce qui permet une grande liberté aux grands enfants qui peuvent s’y rendre seuls. À noter les excellents contacts avec l’agence (Sébastien) et la propriétaire

tarif de location trop élevé pour la prestation réelle
Très bel emplacement avec une vue superbe ... face à la maison ... En effet, il est à regretter les 2 maisons en vis à vis (terrasses et baies vitrées qui donnent sur le jardin !) qui n'apparaissent pas sur les photos de l'annonce. Au vue de la proximité, ce n'est pas un hasard, et cela fait une annonce incomplète pour ne pas dire plus !!! C'est regrettable, au vu du tarif, qui du coup est loin d'être justifié ! L'équipement intérieur, certes complet, est loin, là aussi de justifier ce tarif, avec beaucoup d'équipements ménagers, du mobilier, très "vintage" ... Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une bonne semaine, mais la prestation globale ne justifie pas du tout ce prix. cdlt

Wir sind fast komplett begeistert! 2 Ausnahmen: 1. Das extra hohe Bett hat eine Marshmellomatratze, so dass der Linksschläfer, wegen der geringen Bettbreite, in Absturzgefahr ist. Entweder eng umschlungen nächtigen oder einer zieht aus! 2. Die Fenster sind nicht kippbar! Ganz offen in der Nacht ist bedenklich, da man ohne Probleme einsteigen kann und ganz geschlossen ist fast unerträglich!

Geniale Aussicht und Lage, nicht groß aber funktional, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt eigentlich nichts. Wir haben uns als 3 köpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
