Hilton Head has long been recognized as one of America's premier vacation destinations. Hilton Head's temperate climate is ideal for year-round family, golf and tennis vacations.

Sea Pines Plantation is the center of visitor activities in Hilton Head. Healthy amenities include championship golf courses and tennis courts, 16 miles of walking/bike paths winding throughout the Plantation, a 600 acre nature preserve, an equestrian stable and beautiful beaches.

Our home at 28 St. Andrews Place is conveniently located in Harbour Town. You can walk to all of the community's amenities: golf, tennis, marina, restaurants and shops. It is a short ride to the beach and the South Beach Marina. It is an exceptional property being offered on VRBO.

Our home is a one floor, 2,700 square foot, 3 bedroom house with 3.5 baths and a home office. Located on a quiet cul de sac, our home has a panoramic view of the 8th fairway of the nationally acclaimed Harbour Town Golf Links from our rear patio.

The owners completed an extensive renovation of the property in 2019. The interior has been completely redone. Premium amenities include porcelain tile and wood laminate floors, fireplace, upscale kitchen and bathrooms, private pool, smart TVs and high speed Wi-Fi internet service.

The living room features new furnishings, terra cotta floor and a 65" smart TV. A convenient home office is adjacent to the living room.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen has a porcelain tile floor, large island and lots of cabinets and counter space. It has an eat-in kitchen table that seats two. The kitchen opens to a dining area with a dining table that seats six.

The family room has a king size sofa bed, 75" smart TV, porcelain tile floor, and a Savannah brick fireplace flanked by built-in cabinets and open shelves. A sliding glass door leads to an expansive rear patio with a large unsupervised pool / spa and propane gas grill.

The view from the rear patio is spectacular! The patio covers the entire width of the house and overlooks the 8th fairway of the golf course. It is a great venue for watching the Heritage Golf Tournament or just enjoying morning coffee or quiet time.

Our home has three comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, wood floor, 65" smart TV, large closet and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sliding glass door leads to the rear patio, pool and outdoor gas grill.

A second master bedroom, in the front of the house, has a king size bed, wood floor, 43" smart TV, two closets and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom has 2 twin size beds, wood floor, 43" smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a combination tub / shower.

Our home will be move-in ready when you arrive - exceptionally clean and fully stocked including towels, linens, soap and paper products. All you will need to buy are food and beverages for your vacation.

Fantastic Hilton Head home on the golf course!

We loved our stay at this home! We had some minor issues with the pool pump and with the internet connection, but the property manager addressed them promptly and the issues didn't negatively impact our stay. The home is beautiful, well stocked, and flows really well. The pool overlooks the 8th fairway and has one of the largest pool decks we've seen on the island. An easy bike ride to the beach completes the winning formula for us. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend the home!

Sea Pines Home

This was our second time staying in this beautiful golf course view home. We love the house, location, and the private pool. The layout of the house is great for our family with each bedroom having a private bathroom. The kitchen is gorgeous and fully stocked. We enjoy biking to breakfast within Sea Pines, biking to the beach, then returning back to the house to enjoy the private pool before getting ready for dinner. Being so close to Harbourtown and the Sea Pines Beach Club makes for a wonderful vacation. We hope to return again and again!!

Fully equipped, great location but pool and water issues during our stay

We enjoyed our stay this week. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We didn’t mind the distance to the beach and enjoyed riding our bikes. We also loved being on the golf course and watching the golfers. We also saw lots of deer in the yard. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived and it wasn’t cleaned all week. We skimmed daily but it had quite a bit of debris by the time we left. I reached out via email to the property manager but never heard back so we didn’t use it the last 2 days. The water pressure is pretty low in the showers and the water is scorching hot!! My kids all ended up using the master shower because of the pressure and hot water regulation. Other than those two issues, we had a great stay.

Perfect location for the ultimate Hilton Head Experience!

The house was bigger that the pictures suggested. We are a family of 5 and this house was plenty big enough. The location was a quick bike ride to most of the sights in Sea Pines but we still used the rental car for groceries and longer trips to explore the rest of the island. This house was perfect for us and we would highly recommend it to others.

Relaxing stay

My wife and 4 kids ages 23,21,12 and 10 had an excellent time in this very comfortable house. It has all the amenities of home and the location was close to great golf, food, shopping and other activities. Would definitely stay here again. We especially loved just hanging by the pool!

Amazing Golf Course Home!!

WOW! This home in Sea Pines exceeded our expectations! It is exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor pool and patio overlooking the Harbourtown Golf Course are amazing. We rode our bikes to the beach everyday which is about a 13-14min bike ride. You can walk to Harbourtown. The Sea Pines Beach Club is great and allows you access to food, drinks and clean bathrooms while at the beach. The property manager Pat Sage is very responsive, easy to contact, and answered any questions within minutes. We can't wait to return to this home!!

Quiet and relaxing getaway

Our family of 5 loved the quiet and private location that this home offered. Having our own pool was the highlight of the trip for our 2 girls (9 and 15). We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Takes the hassle out of forgetting things

Very well furnished including supplies not typically furnished by others. From beach towels to paper towels and all things in between, there is no worries or trips to the store to get something we all have readily available in our own homes, because you have it here too. The place is beautiful and the location for us was ideal. We only went to the beach a few times as there was an infant in our party. The adults in our party could easily ride a bike to the beach, but taking the infant was a little more time restricted as parking at the beach is a challenge between 8:30 and 3:00. The only item that we ran across that may need clarification in the listing are the beach chairs. Although we saw them in the house, we didn’t use them because they weren’t part of the listing.

Beautiful golf course view/ close to Harbour Town/ pool

We couldn't have picked a better property. We could lounge in the pool while watching golfers on the 7th hole of Links golf course. Our adult children could bike to the beach as they pleased. We watched beautiful sunsets from the 18th hole on the Links golf course. I didn't want to deal with the crowds so we chose to make reservations at a few golf course dining venues. The house was fully equipped with many TVs, grill, 2 outdoor patio tables, outdoor sofa, 4 lounge chairs, and several rooms to get away. The kitchen was clean and had everything! There were paper plates, napkins, plastic cups, and everything one would expect in a kitchen. We literally needed food and beverages as the listing describes. There was even lotion or body wash if someone forgets to bring their own. One thing the pictures on line show is the tree on the patio by the pool....this has been removed and replaced with a large patio table and chairs. The owners are truly top notch and we enjoyed every minute at their home!

Such a great home and experience!

We absolutely loved this house. The location was ideal. Inside Sea Pines and walk to Harbortown and Sea Pines Center. 9 minute bike to the beach club! House was beautiful. updated and well kept. Lots of space and amenities. Pool and grounds were cleaned while we were there. We will definitely rent this house again.

This was a very nice property to stay at. Very clean, nice location to Harbor Town. There were a lot of mosquitoes around would have liked if there were some citronella candles in the house. We bought spray and candles. Pool was great all in all a 5 Star Property . Would not hesitate to recommend this to everyone!

Family vacation

The house was very nice, well equipped and nicely decorated. The property manager was very good. The issues we had was due to the restrictions on access to the beach and rude parking lot attendants at the beach club when we walked to the beach. Prohibiting drop off is dangerous. Because of the restrictions would not recommend Sea Pines after 30 years of visiting.

Great HHI getaway

The kids and I went down during the pandemic and I've kept that in mind for this review. It was our first time in Hilton Head and Sea Pines, though we've been to their sister resort Kiawah on numerous occasions. The house is phenomenal. Huge, and with every convenience. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable including beds and patio furniture. The pool was our escape as the beach were too crowded the week we were there. Which brings me to the only downside of the place. It's too far to walk to the beach, which I knew going in. But that means you either have to take a shuttle (not ideal for social distancing) or maybe park sort of near the Beach Club (resort staff gave different opinions as to whether this was actually allowed or not), which is the busiest part of the beach. Bottom line, would absolutely go here again, especially once the pandemic ends.

Fantastic Sea Pines Home

We were extremely pleased with our 2-week stay at 28 St. Andrews Place. The home was spacious with a perfect layout for my husband, our two boys, and my father. The kitchen was modern and well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals at home. The owners provided many household supplies such as spices, hand soap, tissues, detergent, and trash bags, all of which came in handy and were appreciated. There was ample storage in the mudroom/pantry and garage for our beach gear and rental bikes. The owners have plenty of beach towels for guests to use, which was convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were nicely updated. We enjoyed having two living spaces, each with a large TV, and the office was perfect for my husband and father who both needed to do some work while we were there. We loved spending time in the backyard with the pool and beautiful golf course view. The trees provided nice shade cover which kept us comfortable in the July sun. We had a little trouble operating the hot tub, but the property manager was quick to respond. The pool service came twice weekly to clean and maintain the pool. We couldn’t have been happier with this property and hope to return in the future.

28 St Andrews - Can’t day enough.

The property was immaculate, it exceeded our expectations. It was very convenient to almost everything within Sea Pines itself and also very convenient to other areas of HHI. We loved the privacy the property afforded our family of 8. We were very comfortable and can’t wait to go back.

Very relaxing

Wonderful Location for Golfers.

Loved it!

Was excited to see this property for rent as I grew up staying on St. Andrews and always loved the location due to its proximity to so much and location on the 8th hole. The home was as pretty as the pictures and what’s i loved most was how it was fully equipped - even with serving dishes. We are food and drink people so to be able to have all the tools, serving dishes, and more was great. We all LOVED the pool too. Highly recommend this place. We will be back :)
